Frank Gage and his crew did an excellent job cleaning my windows and screens inside and out. Our old, divided light windows can really be a daunting chore, but Frank made the task quick and efficient! Not a smudge or streak to be seen. His crew took special care to work around my garden plants and borders with no damage.
I was in a time crunch to get my windows cleaned for an event. Frank was great about accommodating my tight schedule. What a pro! I would highly recommend Gage Window Cleaning.

We desperately needed our windows cleaned. Our regular service was all booked up. I looked through the reviews of other window washing services on Unilocal and picked few highly rated ones to call. The first one was booked, too. Then we called Gage Window Cleaning and– the BEST surprise– they had an opening that very day! They came right over with Frank, the owner. The entire crew was so friendly and professional. Everyone introduced themselves. In a matter of a few hours, our windows were clean, screens and window sills immaculate and even the (second story) skylight (inside and out) was once again letting the sun shine through. We highly recommend Gage Cleaning to anyone wanting a top-​notch, professional job of restoring their windows to a beautifully sparkling, clean state.

Frank’s work is adequate. I have employed him for a number of things over the years — window washing, gutter cleaning, Christmas tree light installation and take-​down. He does the work he says he will do. I give 3 stars because of the need to be careful with «extra charges» and expectations. Charges have crept in that were not expected, so I have found it necessary to be diligent about what exactly he will do, and what the up-​front negotiation includes. I am personally looking into other services, since it is a very competitive area, and in my neighborhood at least there are perhaps half-​a-​dozen other services that seem to be active and cheaper (and as far as I can tell they do the same job).

Frank did a great job. Squeezed us in, followed up and came and did the work and was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend him. Our windows now sparkle.

Frank cleaned the screens on two filthy sliding screen balcony doors for me today. He did a good job for a reasonable price, and he was very easy to be around, which is important when people come into one’s home. There is no doubt that I would call upon Frank again if I need work done, and I will pass his name on to others.

Frank has been cleaning for us for several years, and always does a great job! He’s really nice, easy to work with, and will do skylights and solar panels (which are very hard to get to at the edge of a scary 2^nd story roof!) Plus he’s much more affordable than most companies that specialize in solar panel cleaning.
