I’ve had this company out to our property twice now and both times it has been a fabulous experience. First — they are on time! Amazing as we all know Atlanta traffic. Second — they have kind and polite guys working. Third — the work is always done well. These guys don’t shy away from a large task and tackle it head on without any complaints. 1−800-GOT-JUNK Atlanta, we will be using you again.

I made my appointment online with no hassle. It was also really simple to modify my appointment when a conflict arose with my original appointment.
Sean and Dillon called about 15 minutes before the appointment window began (8am) to let me know they would be there around 8:20. They showed up at 8:10 and were gone by 8:20… and so was my yucky old mattress! They were definitely worth every penny ($ 99 flat rate for a mattress removal, and they also hauled away an old bar chair for free), and I really appreciated their timeliness, courteousness and efficiency!

Prompt and professional, but I thought they were a bit pricey. I’ll also add that they called add promised and came early which was great. They finished the job very quickly. I was impressed.

Scheduling was a breeze. I received a friendly confirmation call after booking and was told I’d get a call 30 minutes prior to my booked window start time and I did. The two men that hauled my junk were funny, polite and fast. It took them less than 30 minutes. I probably would have paid anything just to have someone else clean up after me, but I think the price was good. I also like that they do their best to recycle/donate what they can and will send you the receipt for anything accepted.

The appointment was easy to schedule and they were able to come in 48 hours. They did everything they said they would… called on time, showed up on time, and did a great job. Best deal in town… wish I had done this a long time ago!
