Cool store with a cool vibe… and interesting clothing and«stuff», but it’s just not the same without sweet Laura(considering she practically lived there)…bring her back!!! I loved her company at the monthly live music + free food and drink parties, I always thought she was such a great asset for the store. However, I still highly recommend that everyone should go to 1-FIVE-0. You can find practically anything you need from nice clothing to gag gifts… Also, during those monthly parties where free PBR and pizza is typically featured, they have the Atlanta Pet Rescue and Adoption come out and all donations($ 5 to get in) go towards the charity. Such a good cause, and good time!

Everything in this store is promised to be less than $ 150. The girl that works there, I forget her name, but she was SO helpful and cute. I stayed in this store for at least an hour just looking around at all their little things and clothes. They have concerts in the store(with free beer and wine) I believe twice a month(but that may be incorrect) You must check out next door, Luxe. Both stores are owned by the same people and everything is hand-picked.

Boutique shopping and everything under $ 150 — I love it. From books, to dresses, to purses, to tees, and even some vintage candy for sale — I have found plenty to be happy about(and spend my hard-earned paycheck on) at 1*FIVE*0. I have bought everything from Angry Girls books to cool new t-shirts. The sale bins are a must-sort-through and even grab yourself some candy cigarettes or Necco wafers while the awesome staff rings up your purchases. Not only do they sell cool items, but they support the local music scene every month with a party that includes pizza, popcorn and PBR. If you get a chance, check it out.

Stopped by 1five0 again to shop for some xmas gifts and found some great deals that were worth Unilocaling about! First, all of their jeans are on sale! The owner told me that they wanted to stop selling their supply of jeans, so all of their jeans are 50% off. Guys jeans are $ 50 and women jeans are $ 60. You can’t beat that and they have a bunch of sizes still available! Second, check out the sale tubs near the register. Surprised again to see sizes available in the bins. Third, everyone should accessorize and 1five0 has the most unique add-ons to your clothing that everyone will be asking where you got it. The display cases are filled with local designers goods. Some noteworthy items — Buddha like key chains/necklaces for $ 25-$ 30, Fashion Rings for $ 10 and a necklace with fortified wood for $ 45! Also, if you love Joxsa leather wrist bracelets, they have them here too! The owner of Joxsa is great and I am happy to see him extend his line outside or the VA Highlands area. Well what are you waiting for? Start shopping!!!

This place is waay too over-priced for the merchandise they offer. This high end boutique offers both men and women apparel, from what I can tell from quickly skimming the place, the women’s stuff is much more trendy than the guy’s. I know that traditionally men’s wear is not as trendy and usually stale, but for a high end boutique, hip boutique, if you are a self-proclaimed fashionisto, like me, you’d expect their stuff to roll right off the runways of Paris. They have all the old school candy we grew up with, like Atomic Fire Balls and Lemon Heads(which deserves another star). I do appreciate the over all look of the store, however, it does have a more a cleaner, sophisticated Urban Outfitter’s appeal. But I’m not quite yet convinced that this is a place I would like to regularly shop.

The deal with this place is that everything is under $ 150 — a boutique with mid-tier boutique prices. The shop is located in a nice loft-like space on the Westside. There’s splashy art everywhere because the other deal with this place is that they support the local art and music scene by focusing on monthly artists. The shop is owned by 99X’s Leslie Fram(hence the dedication to local arts) and husband. Leslie wasn’t there, but one of the nice neighboring shop owners was(Leslie also has a stake in Luxe, the boutique next door), to convince me that everything looked great on me. The selection is pretty varied — they had some cute dresses and also some stuff I’m not quite sure about. Brandwise, they carry some nicer denim brands and some clothing brands I’ve never heard of. They carry both women’s and men’s clothing, shoes, home accessories. .. as well as vintage candy and Andy Warhol notebooks. Like I said, pretty varied selection here. I would shop here again — especially during their end of season sale — because of their reasonable prices and revolving selections.
