Initially they seemed very professional, but as soon as I requested to talk to the direct property representative the service dropped dramatically. Not only did it take them about 2 – 3 days to respond to my initial request, but then he did not make our initial in person appointment (without a call back). Finally I had to call and email back to not hear anything back for over 5 days — honestly, that’s worst than dealing with a good tenant. Not worth the trouble. And they definitely don’t walk the talk.
