Great, professional service. My apartment was clean and smelled great when I arrived back at home. I would highly recommend Ally Maids!

Ally Maids advertises in the mail room in my building. Their prices on their brochure did not match the quote that I was given on the phone. I do have a dog, so I didn’t think much about it. When booking their services I asked to have a ballpark time of arrival so I could make arrangements for my dog and I was assured that I would be sent an email confirmation with an exact time. The email was never sent. Instead I received a snarky call from the man who promised me the email confirmation. He was calling to inform me the maid was at my house, but I was at an early morning doctor’s appointment (waiting for my email). They were at least accommodating enough to come back later in the day. The maid came alone and she took her time. I was charged $ 95 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo (one bedroom and one bathroom is a guest en suite and never used, so half of her work was already done). When I returned home I would not have noticed that a cleaner was there. No clean smell. The hardwood floor was streaky and dull. Not impressed and would not recommend.

Had a scheduled time and they did not show up. And I took a half day off from work because of them that was wasted. Plenty of other dependable places around.
