A man answered the phone who obviously worked for Alpha Bonding and wasn’t just another answering service. I didn’t have all the information I needed from my incarcerated friend, so he put me on hold and called the jail to get details for me.
He told me my options, which included the least expensive flat payment of all the bonding companies, and then offered me financing if I didn’t have it all at the time. After explaining my situation a little more, he made special arrangements that ended up saving me about $ 500.
Not only that, but by the time I got there to fill out the paperwork, he had already called the bond in and was just waiting for Fulton County to release him. That is exceptional service. I felt like he cared about my situation, was honest and upfront with me, and really made everything okay.
