I will NEVER EVER step into this place again! Every single time I come in here, I am never acknowledged. Everytime I ask a question… I get the deer in the headlights look. I went in one day to make some copies and they just had closed (about 5 mins earlier than their posted time) and i just stood at the door being ignored! But the last straw was when i needed to have some business contracts printed but my printer was out of ink and i needed to have the contracts printed for the very next day (i was in a bad time crunch). So i come up there with the documents saved on a CD-​R. I ask them if they can make me some copies and the lady tells me that they can’t??? i’m like isn’t this a full service print shop??? Yes but they can’t make copies of CD’s??? So you are telling me you can’t make a copy of my document that’s on this CD??? Oh i don’t know let me ask.(I had made it clear from the get go that i wanted what’s on the CD copied onto paper NOT the actual CD copied lol) Anyways… I found out yes in fact they can BUT and this is a real BIG BUT it would cost $ 14.00 plus the cost of the copies!!! WHAT?! I didn’t bother to ask why… So i left went to FED EX KINKOS and they did for about 10 cents per copy total cost less than a $ 1.00. Also I want to mention that I have been going to this place for 10 plus years and its always been the same stuff BUT they are super close by and I put up with it because of sheer convenience. i can’t tell you the countless times i have been quoted a price and then get charged a higher price. BUT this was the very last straw …

I have been using Unilocal for years but this is my first review! Just used AlphaGraphics for the first time this week and was VERY pleased with their service. They were very helpful and turned around 600 newsletters FAST. I love having a neighborhood printing service that is reliable, friendly, and fast. Thanks guys!

I have never had better service! I have always gone to kinkos or some do it yourself place like that to get my printing done and its never what I wanted… I will never go to anywhere else again! I walked in and was immediately greeted even though they were extremely busy. Kate went over every detail of my project with me and made sure I was satisfied even after the job was completed. Not only did they do an excellent job in a timely manner and reasonable price, but they also gave me great customer service… Like I said, I will not go anywhere else from now on!
