Worst restaurant experience in my life! Giving it one star is too many. First off it took too long for the waitress to even come by our table. Then when she finally gets there, she said she’ll be right back to get our drink order. Our waitress seem to be having a bad day and as if we were irritating her by even placing an order. Heaven forbid that she would actually have to work. When we finally got our order she never came back to check on us except at the end when we were sucking on ice, Because she never came back and asked if we wanted or needed anything else until the end of our meal. Awful!

I grew up in this area and my family and I went to this establishment for several celebrations. We usual have great services. However, recently we went there for mother’s day and had a terrible experience. The service was horrible and the food was terrible. It took forever for the waiter to get our order and he still got it wrong. My food was cold and I had to send it back. I ended up not eating any entrée. We had to track down the waiter for napkins and drinks we never received. When we needed his service he was on the side talking with other employee being noisy about another situation that didn’t concern him. Employees cursing at each other, taking off shirts and ready to fight right in the restaurant. The manager witness the whole thing and didn’t do anything to take care of the situation. We were charged for things that we didn’t order. We talked to the manager about it and still didn’t take care of it like he should. I will never go back to this location ever until management change.

Service was horrible, food was horrible! Our silverware were dirty, when we did get them. Lashawanda was our server. At first I thought she was going to be attentive and nice. But I was fooled. She took her time getting us Heinz 57 sauce and silverware. The hostess was able to get my husband silverware before she did. At no point did she refill our drinks, remove any plates(including our appetizer plate) from the table to make room or anything. But she had no problem collecting the money. In all honesty my husband didn’t want to leave a tip but considering that I was a server before I told him not to do that. And I told him not to miss out on his blessings because she did a horrible job. Overall, wasn’t impressed with the service, the ambiance the hostess. We saw the hostess preparing a to go order and sat the food in a box on the floor. I mean just crazy! I don’t think we will come back to this location. Not sure if they all were having a bad day or what. But it definitely wasn’t impressive.

You risk Life and personal property while Patronizing this Applebee’s location. Management is indifferent about the vandalism that happens to it’s customers while Patronizing this Applebee’s. My Vehicle was vandalize on 3÷26÷16730pm. According to APD the Management is well aware of the vandalism problem that happens at this Applebee’s. Manager stated to me that the Vandalism of his Customers vehicles while at his Applebee’s wasn’t his problem. This Applebee’s is Unsafe. The Service is terrible and the Management team is worse.

I never had such a horrible dining experience, this place is a disaster! Waiter super slow, we received our appetizers before getting silverware or drinks. Food was very cold and unappealing. I would never visit another Applebee’s, obviously their standards are very low and they don’t care to satisfy their guests.

Well, we arrived at 7:20 pm and we so grateful we could sit in the lobby and look at the empty tables. We were told we could not sit at a table because they were short on Servers and we would expect to be served and might complain to the manager. What? I know, that just makes no sense. But we were patient and were seated by 8:30. Ordered appetizer because we we so starved from waiting so long, and the all-in burger. Yah, you guessed it. Wait. The burgers came before the appetizer. Well we finally got out of there shortly after 9:00pm. My advise: take 2 lunches and a lantern

This place is horrible. Tried to go there on a Saturday night. We get in thinking it shouldn’t be that long of wait since it was plenty of empty tables. They told us it will be a 30 minute wait so we decided to wait since it was only three of us. After waiting for about 30 min we heard the hostess say that they are short on staff and only have 4 servers. So after this we just decided to leave. We knew it couldn’t get no better from that.

Food was decent and my waitress was very friendly, but food took forever to come out, and what’s up with enormous amount of waitresses eating lunch near bathroom or by entrance area??? Not impressed with the quality of the management here, seems like kindergarten without supervision there.

I was with a party of 13. After waiting well over 30 minutes, one of the cooks walk out(quits). The organizer of our group spoke to the manager, Mr Isaac. After our brief encounter with such an unprofessional and indifferent manage, we left the establishment.

Man I went into this piece today. It was so crazy. It was prob 20 ppl in the front area waiting for seating. I promise you it was about seven tables that were not occupied. Soooo, they just needed cleaning so in actuality they weren’t that busy. That was pretty slack. Anyway the bartenders were somewhat friendly. Her name is Tiffany. We got all foods fast and hot. Drinks with super-strong. That’s cool but it was like 530 in the afternoon. Naaaa. Well back to Florida tomorrow. Won’t be returning here.

My visit here was the worst possible experience ever. Sat at the bar Unique was the bartender she had a very horrible demeanor and disposition. We were greeted with a «what ya want»? We asked for water and a sprite five minutes later she comes back asking are we ready to order yes we will be ready with some water and sprite. We order she tells us the kitchen is out of a couple of different items which I wanted OK fine. She brings the food we wait three more minutes before asking some one else for some utensils. All in all Apple bees is a chain some are better than others but I don’t appreciate bad attitudes and people that still want a tip. Also the manager Lamario his shirt was untucked and sloppy he didn’t even ask about the experience this is not customer service this is poor interactions. I feel like customers make your business good and bad help you get bonuses and keep you in business. Make it a priority to put guest needs first.

HORRIBLESERVICE My meal was NASTY. I had cold fried, my honey pepper tenders we burnt, and my soup was not good. I sent my meal back and the waitress wasn’t very pleasant. I asked for a Manager and a man wirh a dirty T Shirt and missing tooth came ou5(I’m assuming he was thw cook) and gave me major attitude because I returned my food. I asked another guy whom i assume was the manager for assistance and he told me to hold on ANDNEVERCAMEBACK. This is the WORSE Applebee’s I have ever been to ans will definitely be calling corporate. terrible service. waited 5 minutes for silverware because the host didn’t have any & told us(me and my friend) that we have to ask our server. our server was the worst server ever and i’m a server. I never experienced this type of service before. he walked pass us, laughing and hugging people… like excuse me old man who’s old enough to be my dad, seriously… fuck this place. fuck it. i took my food home after 1 bite. no teamwork. disgusting customer service. just terrible. might as well be run by toddlers. #thatisall –0 stars

This Applebee’s is near my neighborhood, so I’ve been here quite a few times. The food is always good and fresh, but the customer service isn’t always the best. If I didn’t love their Triple Chocolate Meltdown so much, I wouldn’t be seen at this location that often. They always give a horrible first impression. The very first time my sister and I ate there together, the waitress came to our table and said she was«too busy» to take our order and we would have to wait until she finished taking her other customers’ orders… REALLY, CHICK??? SERIOUSLY??? We were so pissed off, but too hungry to leave and look for another place to eat. She did, however, comp our desserts because we made such a fuss. I was okay with that, but my sister was still pretty ticked.

If I could put zero for the front house staff I would, including management! Derek, you are a terrible excuse for a manager. You sir, basically, allow and condone servers to steal from the guest. You let your entire staff continue to be lazy and you are not proactive on the floor to make sure guests needs are met. My experience is an isolated one that I’m sure actually isn’t isolated. I ordered Brutus margarita for $ 4.99 and ask the server to add on a side shot of house well tequila. When my bill came, I had a $ 4.99 Brutus margarita plus a $ 8.49 shot of 1800 tequila 2.0? I didn’t ask for that Ana didn’t know she jacked me UNTILTHEBILLCAME! Because I have had this happened twice before and have had to ask the manager to remove the tequila and make it house. My bill was $ 41+ and want trying to shirk the bill. I was trying to STOP the culture of bamboozling the guest, namely me. I NEVER ordered a 1800 Resposado shot and everyone that serves me knows I like well tequila. I’m not needing the extra shelves up in quality I never CALLED a brand, I asked for a «house well shot», because they’ve tried to stick it to me before. The manager told me that he would not change the bill because the product had been drank. He said that I should have known because the tequila would have been clear. Wtf? Well is that’s his argument the tequila that I was brought was brown. Like a well tequila would be. Then the manager proceeded to say that the server told him that I did ask for a 1800 resposado??? A bold face lie that the manager collaborated with the server. So basically they are both bold faced liars. The table next to me chimed in to offer the fact that they thought the restaurant didn’t know how to handle their business. They actually got up and left before their food even came and didn’t even pay their bills because of the situation that was happening at my table. It was disgustingly terrible for them to represent Applebees in such a way. I work for Applebees for years in Ohio, & I am disgraced at the way this Applebees which has so much business around it so much money being offered to it, and they just disregard it and act like they are just in the ghetto and we don’t deserve any better. They are so lucky that the only thing around them are Baltimore seafood, Gladys Knight chicken and waffles, and Publix grocery store. They have no competition. No one else has nowhere to go. So they are allowed to do just whatever they want to do and treat us just how they want to treat us. That has got to stop. I’m waiting to see what the district and area manager have to say, because I expect to have some response. This is happened 3 too many times and I’m done with not having any recourse to help make this restaurant do better for our public. Needless to say I paid the bill without the tip. Because when I spoke to the waitress and asked her«did I ask you for 1800 resposado?» she said yes!!! I explained to her that was a bold faced lie and I did not appreciate it. And because of it she was not getting tipped. If Applebee’s cascade road wants to be known for employee crook and thieving ghetto tactics, I will let the public know that theyre doing so. Absolutely abhor being treated like this. I have this store 3 times to treat me like I’m stupid. No more. Update: 12÷8÷15 To this day, management has not responded to my call. Not one reply back from the detailed message I left the District Manager! Terrible. I guess I have to go higher on the management chain.

Freaking horrible… I don’t know why they are still in business. I come in to place a to go order because the service is so bad I refuse to inside the establishment. …i sat at the bar for 15 min. Waiting to place an order when the bar tender kept telling me she doesn’t take orders … So I can use my cell phone to call in an order I was able to place it faster there than being in the store. I leave and when I come back the same waitress at the bar has a nasty attitude and replies to me I told you I don’t do to go orders. This place is HORRIBLE. .I’ll never come back

The only reason for the one star is because of the friendly manager who spoke with my group as we waited on a table. This Applebee’s was the worst one that I have ever visited. Our waiter took our order and another tables order, came back and asked me what I ordered, then 5 minutes later sent her trainee to confirm one more time! By the time the food arrives the orders were wrong, my friends side item was wrong, when she brought the correct side item it was a dried out potato, and she had to wait on the salad that should have came out 1st., my other friends ribs were completely dry and cold… to make matters worse the wall was disgusting and had a fruit fly crawling around. Disgusting. We will not return.
