The stylist was very rude and unprofessional. From the time that I walked into the salon to leaving before any service was performed, she had an attitude. She stated this is how she is. She also stated that she is «heavy handed» and tugged on my hair and stated that due to my length it would be an additional fee. She stated this was mention on the groupon and when I looked at mine for that information she walked out of the area. I would not want anyone with her attitude to put a chemical on my hair. She also mention an additional fee due to the length of my hair that is not stated on my groupon. As well as stated that she only takes groupon appointments on certain days which is also not stated. Terrible customer service.
