This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. However, we moved into the model apt and I swear it’s like that Tom Hanks movie «The Money Pit». I have never had so many problems with an apartment. What is worse is the piss poor way things are fixed. Every time you put in a work order it ends up being 5 work orders before it is truly fixed and even then it’s a long shot. I have put in 6 work orders for a leaking toilet and it is still currently leaking. Also our ice maker does not work despite the 6 work orders I have put in. In addition to the smoke alarm that goes off constantly and the half ass paint job where the apt was two different colors I would say that either the management needs work or the Maintenence staff. I would be embarrassed if that’s the way I ran a business.

my friends has been living here for almost 2 years and i love this apartment complex. i just wish we can afford their high prices but you get what you pay for, right? their double gates works all the time and it does offer security unlike some of the ‘security’ gates out there that really doesnt serve its purpose. their pools are always clean and beautiful, tennis courts in pristine condition, the apartment itself is nice! they live on the top floor so no noise problems. the parking conditions can be annoying. the proximity to the highway and other fun places in the city.

It’s an okay apartment rental space, but the rent goes up astronomically every year (I’ve been here 6 years), it went up $ 60/month this year alone, and I have only been late on my rent 2 times in 6 years and they never give me any concessions, even after being there for so long with a damn near stellar rental history! Their late fee is $ 175 plus an additional $ 75 «return check» fee! We all know the bank only charges $ 35, highway robbery…
They haven’t offered to change my carpet in 6 years, even though they know that the cheap carpet they install only has maybe a 2 – 3 year lifespan.
Overall, I would recommend them if only for the location.
