DONOTHIRETHISCOMPANYTOWORKONYOURPOOL!!! THEYWILLTAKEYOURMONEYANDRUN! EMPLOYEESARENOTQUALIFIEDTODOTHEWORKREQUESTED!!! Our job began with Atlas Pools in October 2015 and was supposed to be a 2 – 3 week project. We hired Atlas Pools to fix 2 cracks in the walls of our pool, re-plaster, new tile, and new coping in our neighborhood pool. This has been a project from HELL!!! Once we agreed on the proposal and paid our initial deposit our project manager Billy left the company and no one from Atlas Pools contacted our association. The pool was drained and the new plaster was installed without removing old tile along the bottom of the pool which details our lanes in the pool. This has created an uneven surface in the bottom of the pool. The plaster job looks like kindergarten children went out and painted the pool. Then the tile work began but stopped when the weather turned cold. We were told that work could not continue with the temperatures that were outside. The pool sat empty and half tiled through the winter. At no point in time did anyone from Atlas Pools contact us and advise what the plan was to continue the project. In April of 2016 we contacted Atlas Pools referred to Bryan for our project. In the beginning we were given the same story about temperature but once the weather warmed up the story changed to people not showing up and several employees involved in various car accidents. Meanwhile the pool sat a quarter of the way filed with dirty water which has now stained our new plaster. Finally in the middle of April 2016 someone came out to finish the tile work. Again this job appeared to have been completed by a small child. The amount of concrete and grout stuck to the pool fence, ladders, decking, and other areas is unbelievable. We had also become a garbage deposit for all kinds of materials that continuously blew out of the trash can and had to be picked up during the course of our wait for completion. Our new concrete coping was not installed correctly and Atlas Pools forgot to install the concrete joints when the concrete was poured. The joints were ordered and sitting on our property but somehow was forgotten? In an effort to fix their mistake a month later, yes that’s correct now we are in May 2016 Atlas Pools came out to grind in a channel for mastic to be installed. This just lead to more nightmares and problems; the channel that some employee from Atlas Pools constructed is uneven, not straight, curved in some places and straight in others. We have attempted to open our neighborhood pool for two weeks now and have been unable to do so due to the project not being complete. A project that was supposed to take 2 – 3 weeks is now 7 months past due! Today another unknown employee of Atlas Pools came out and attempted to install the mastic around the pool in the channel. This job again looks to have been completed by a child. Now Atlas Pools wants us to settle for the poor work and just accept the job that has been done. No one will come out and do the job that was contracted and no one wants to own up to the mistakes that have been made!!! DONOTHIRETHISCOMPANYFORANYWORK!!!
