I have an older 2002 Volvo S80 that I regulary keep the maintenance up to date on; I just used this company for a casual driver to take my car from Atlanta to San Jose vicinity. The driver left my car dirty on the inside, with fruit rotting under the seats, smells and spills. I left the vehicle with a full tank of gas and got it delivered with under a ¼ tank. I even gave a fee of $ 100.00 to encourage someone to come across faster. They took an older car with close to 200,000 miles not on the easy route of 40 across the states but up route 70 into the rocky mountains, Colorado, played in Las Vegas for 2 days without ever telling their intentions. My a/c broke with the stress of the additional push from the route taken. The Volvo dealership made it very clear NOT to go north and add extra stress to the engine. The icing on the cake is that the brakes go to the floor when stopping now and they were along with the whole car checked prior to being driven. I was originally going to drive, but circumstances prevented me from doing so. Would I use this company again, not unless I was very specific of the route, the timing and the cleanliness of the driver. Just wanted to gage with the smell upon arrival. Not cool considering it cost me $ 700+ in the end and I still need to do deep cleaning, wash, fill tank and get brakes and A/C fixed.
