An extremely well run rehearsal studio.
Having a 12 piece band makes it difficult to find a rehearsal space large enough and within my budget. AVATAR is the place. Easy load in, with a huge garage door that can accomodate tractor trailers if need be. You drive your car up the ramp and are now inside the building to safely unload wihtout getting rained on. They have plenty of carts available to get your equipment from the loading area to your studio. Whenever we need to book some rehearsal space, I get a quick response on the available slots and can’t compliment the staff enough on keeping the studio clean, well maintained, bathrooms clean, and vending machines stocked. Their backline was all well maintained name brand equipment. Most of rooms seem to be monthly rentals/​storage/​rehearsal space, and again the carts/​load in area work very well for those bands that I observed. Lastly the insulation was pretty good, and the heavy metal bands practicing in the surrounding rooms, were not noticeable from inside our rehearsal room.
