The salmon sliders, kale and mussels are yummy. The service from the servers has been consistently terrible the last four times I’ve been. They are rude, non attentive and slow. The bartenders are awesome and the atmosphere is cute. Next time I go, I’ll just sit at the bar.

Fake seafood — nothing authentic about seafood. Sea food salad poured from a can and they did not even try to disguise it. Poor service. NOT Seafood. Expensive fast food joint.

I went here for drinks and dinner last night at 6:30 pm. I walked in and sat at the bar. After waiting about 3 minutes with only one other customer at the bar the female bartender gave me a menu. She then walked away. She stood by the register and talked to another employee for 10 minutes. I sat there thinking this is clearly a joke. I was about to get her attention when I thought heck no. I refuse to spend my money here. I got up and walked out. I am now across the street at Gladys knight. As soon as I walked in here I was greeted at the door and at the bar. I tip too well for subpar service.

I came here around 10:30pm after a nearby event with my boyfriend. The hostess seated us at a 2 top table. The waitress briefly greeted us approximately 7 mins after arrival. She seemed rushed and did not complete the greeting. She returned and said«Alright guys, two waters for us… right?» I said that was fine. It’s a cozy, quaint location, so I was able to view her from where I sat. She maneuvered through the bar area and at one point wiped her brow with a cocktail napkin. I didn’t see any hand washing between this task and the other. She returned 10 minutes after selecting our drink order for us with something on the outer portion of her hand. We finally gave the food order. We ordered a Salmon Caesar Salad and seafood salad. She disappeared for approximately 15 minutes. When she returned, she brought lemons and crackers, dressing. I had to ask the hostess for our waitress’ name, because she hadn’t included it in her introduction. I wanted to add something to the order and made eye contact/waved to alert her to come back to the table. Her response was to throw her hand, palm facing outward at me and mouthed«I’ll be back.» She came back about 5 – 10 minutes after that and asked, «Okay, so what was it you wanted?» I decided not to add anything to my order. We waited so long for the items we ordered(one of which is pre-made and just needs plating) I ate all of the crackers she brought. I asked for more crackers and she brought them. What she did not indicate is that she was charging for them. It appeared as «glass of water» of the final bill. She did not explain any of this to me. Approximately 30 – 40 minutes after we placed the order the food came. Someone else brought it to us. The table that arrived 10 minutes after us got their food at the same time we did. The only reason the review is getting 3 stars is because the food was pretty good. The setting was very nice. The service was questionable at best. Perhaps they were short staffed, I just didn’t have a pleasurable experience with my specific waitress«K». As someone who had been in food service for many years this experience was ruined by poor service. She could’ve easily had increased the amount of the check and her tip had customer service, attitude, and time management been better.

I had the seafood salad for an appetizer. It was a large portion and very filling, it could’ve been an entrée. For my main course I had the lobster and shrimp. It was delicious but I couldn’t finish it because of the large portion of seafood salad. The price was very good and the food was excellent.

I make a special distant trip when I want some good olé southern style cooking prepared with love. Every time I’ve dined here the food has been scrumptious, the bar service has been exceptional, nice vibe and appropriate music to compliment the setting… oh, and Samy(bartender) is my fav bartender, she has an excellent memory and is very attentive. I can appreciate that. Yum!

After a play at the SW Arts center. We decided to try this place. It was cute and sexy atmosphere. However, the loud and inappropriate conversations from the staff was a major turnoff. The bartender was making too much noise as she attempted to clean up. We were the only customers for the majority of the time until a man came and sat at the bar. We started with water but my class was dirty. Someone took the dirty glass away but didn’t bring a fresh beverage. The menu does not Scream Maryland crabs. It does have a basic selection of seafood choices. I grew up in Maryland and have never heard of a Maryland hard crab. Blue crab yes, hard crab no. The beers we ordered arrived without a chilled glass. Our sides arrived before the meal. The fried seafood platter fish choices were catfish or tilapia. Ughh. What happened to flounder? The crab cake was NOT a Maryland crab cake. It clearly was the claw meat. The potatoes were tasty but luke warm, the broccoli was not fresh and over cooked. The corn was way over cooked. The shrimp tasted as if it was bought cooked and then fried. I could not get them down. The catfish was actually good. Our server did not come back to check on us. When she did come back it was to take our plates. Not to replenish out beverages or offer dessert. I don’t see myself ever dining here again. I don’t suggest you waste your time here either.

The seafood here is phenomenal ! we’ve been here several times and the outcome is always the same no matter what we get. The catfish is great. The platters are more than enough. The sides are well seasoned, but not salty. They also have excellent happy hour specials. Nice atmosphere and wonderful service. It’s one of our favorite lunch or nighttime chill spots for great seafood fried or steamed/sautéed.

I truly enjoy the food quality, taste, and consistency at Baltimore Crab and Seafood. I would give it 5-stars if the service was better. Additionally, they have a general indifference and lack of concern and knowledge of food allergies; which I think is irresponsible when you are in the restaurant business. I hope the owner/manager will improve those two issues.

We wanted to try out something new today, my husband recalled seeing this place that had moved from downtown to Cascade area. We went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, we found that there was very little crowd. There is not much seating in this restaurant. I think that there was only one server/bartender in the whole place. She was pretty attentive, though not as effective as she could be. For example… if you only have 5 customers, go ahead and put silverware on the table before the food comes out, not wait until our meals come out to say ‘oh…you need silverware’! I ordered the Broiled seafood platter. It had salmon(nice portion size, excellently cooked, not overdone, seasoned well), scallops(decent amount with about 4, tasty, fresh, not overdone to rubber as it often is), shrimp(shell on, tasty but disappointing because there were only 2). The side options are nicely done, but not flexible to what customers prefer. For example, one could have a side salad and baked potato or corn, broccoli and red potatoes. I would have loved to have a side salad and corn. Corn would be cheaper than a potato, but they do not seem to appreciate substitutions. My husband ordered the hoagie and a trio of sides. We really appreciated the macaroni from baked muffin tins and we LOVED the kale. His hoagie was a great size, in the future, we would share one. Our other guest ordered the fried seafood platter and was pleasantly surprised. Now, of note is that sweet tea! Yuck… Look, you can run over to the publix and purchase some sugar and lipton tea bags. It is OK. Stop getting that tea syrup stuff. Tea is to be made fresh. All this other nonsense simply isn’t proper. Do better!

Crab cakes were very good, they were breaded I know some people don’t prefer that but they were great to me! Broiled seafood platter was also good, scallops could have been seared a bit longer but overall the platter was very good! Salmon sliders were great also! Sides were mac&cheese bites, and kale were also very good. Potatoes, corn, and broccoli were average. Service was on the slower side so had to take a star for that, but overall a good experience.

This place is nice in the inside but has horribly slow service. A friend of mines had a dinner party of 10 people or so last night, but it was a Thursday so I thought they shouldn’t be busy which there weren’t. Ok on to the food over priced small portion food is the best description. I ordered the mussels which were extremely small but good, salmon sliders a little dry so make sure you put extra sauce on it(the sauce that comes with the sliders) and a seafood hoggie, which is delicious and a great bang for your buck ! The drinks are mediocre I tried the chocolate cake and some drink with 3 different cirocs in it. When we received our check all of them were wrong and they also add a service fee without telling you so beware

Everything I have had there(crab legs, lobster tail, kale and macaroni and cheese) is delicious. Especially the kale. The service is impeccable too and it’s a nice neighborhood spot for a drink.

I was Not disappointed at this place! Where do I start… the service was excellent even though they were busy. They were very attentive and recognized my friend as a regular(knew exactly what she would order). The food was fresh. The salmon was a large portion and the sides were so good that I wanted to taste everything. And where would you get Salmon for $ 12…nowhere in Atlanta! My total dinner was under $ 20!!!Being from the East Coast it’s hard to please me in Atlanta with half of the seafood restaurants but this place did not disappoint. I will be back very soon!

Don’t waste your money here… go to Pappadeaux. Rude, Unprofessional, imitation crab, overpriced, extremely long wait, cold food… well…the food they have available and automatic 18% gratuity added for crappie server that knows she’s gonna get 18% whether she returns or not.

Perhaps I’m biased because I travel through the gulf coast area on a near weekly basis and this is — by virtue of locale — quite far away from abundant seafood but simply put, this place is terrible. A family member who frequents the restaurant suggested we go because the«service was always great» and that was absolutely not our experience. Our waitress was polite but highly disorganized and largely inattentive. We had our appetizers for five full minutes before we had silverware. Add to that the fact that there was nothing fresh about the food and what we had was overpriced Chili’s. To add insult to injury, there was a «service charge» added to the check for a party of — get this — three. So — loud, crowded, expensive, poor service, lousy food, automatic gratuity.
