Worst experience I’ve ever had in Banana Republic.
One guy was very helpful. He wasn’t overly friendly, but I don’t imagine I would be either if I had to deal holiday shoppers. So to you, no offense, and thank you. But the rest of the staff wore their emotions on their faces at all times which made them look like they were all told they weren’t getting paid for the day but they still had to work.
When we were in line, a lady cut in front of us and pointed to her kids playing on the ropes and said they were saving her spot. Then her friend cut in front of us too. They were separate transactions and she should have got behind everyone else. The associates witnessed this and took no corrective action.
They’re kids were running around and not being controlled by their parents at all. I would never base a review off of customers, but the fact that the associates did not ask the ladies to control their children really was annoying. Even after they knocked the railing down and it landed on someone’s foot. Not to to mention, we waited in line for well over 25 minutes with only three transactions before us. And that includes the ladies who skipped in front of us.
The people in this store need to be trained on customer service and problem solving.
I’ve had amazing experiences at the outlet stores and we all know how crazy they can be. You would think that a «more expensive» version would have the same, if not better customer service.
I will never be back to the Perimeter Mall location. Ever.

I like Banana Republic so I will give 4 stars– however, customer service is pretty much non-​existant at this location. Store was dead and we were completely ignored on both the men and women’s side of the store. The employees were more concerned with their own petty conversations than to help or greet customers.

If you’re headed for the Lenox Square location — don’t. Come here instead. The staff here is friendly and helpful — enjoy helping you find sizes, calling up other stores. The folks at the Lenox location couldn’t be bothered.
