I have a habit of prematurely falling in love with places only to have to kick myself later. Lots of times I’ve ended up disappointed with a place after the initial positive experience.
So I waited to rate Benefields Automotive, half expecting them to disappoint as well. They haven’t.
For starters, the customer service at this auto shop is stellar! I don’t mean the «we’ll be nice to lure you into spending a ridiculous amount for repairs» kind of nice either; they’ve been very consistent and I realized just how much so when I ended up sitting next to a couple who had been taking their car there for over 20 years!
They honestly have some of the best rates around, and I’ve never been pressured into getting work done before I was ready. Granted, my wallet has decided that I haven’t been ready so far but I appreciate how they tell you what’s wrong and the time frame in which you have to fix it.
They’re first come, first served so they don’t do appointments and its best to get there early in the morning and during the week. They have a TV and coffee, magazines, wifi and there’s a little store/​diner in the next lot so if you have to wait with your vehicle its not a total hassle.
After having them diagnose my car issues and seeing how consistent they’ve been, I think it’s safe to say that Benefield’s really will my spot to take my car!
