The atmosphere is gorgeous and very intimate. Great for a small dinner party or a nice date night. Food wise: the Alu Tikki appetizer is the best thing on the menu. The chickpea curry is unbelievable. It has almost a barbecue curry flavoring that I could eat forever. The appetizer only comes with two patties, so it’s a good small appetizer perfect for sharing. For dinner, we ordered the chicken tikka masala, one of the Thalis plates, and the chicken curry. The chicken tikka masala had great flavor, but the chicken curry was over salty. We also orders the garlic naan which sadly had zero flavor. I’m hoping tonight was just an off night because I have heard so many great things about this place. Would definitely try again for that appetizer and to see if maybe next time it would be less salty!

Service is horrible. They are seemingly oblivious that they have customers at all. The food was ok… I would almost have said it was good if I didn’t have such a bad taste in my mouth from how poor experience with the waitstaff.

After hearing a lot of praise about the food and ambience of «Bhojanic», my friends and I decided to explore the restaurant today. Our order arrived extremely late(wait time of 1 and half hour for 6 thali’s), Horrible service(almost to the end of 1 and half hour we were asked to change the curries ordered in thali as they were out of cottage cheese). The food was ok, Biriyani tasted old and over fried. The ambience of the restaurant was good. Overall the service seemed extremely bad because no one genuinely acknowledged the fact that the kitchen folks messed up the orders until we had asked about the food multiple times. To top it all, the bill we got was wrong. Even though it had a 15% discount provided due to the inconvenience caused, we had items in there that was not ordered/delivered. Worst experience. would prefer small Indian restaurants towards north of Highway 400.!!

Very bad service. Paneer quality was terrible. Quantity was so less that it isnt filling for even one person. Very expensive and not worth it. Just because we were 6 people and the gratuity was mandatory, the server hardly took any interest in his hospitality. The food quantity is wayyyyy tooooo less. Paneer quality was so bad and you could feel it wasnt made of good milk. The server(tall guy) gave us plates in our hands and even the food being served in our hands and not place it on the table(are you kidding me, he cannot bend over or come to other side of the table) The fork and knife wrapped in paper were reused with stains on being used by someone else. A few had spoons missing and had to ask for it. The thali quantity, the samosas, paneer everything was so less. And it comes to $ 50 with a thali being shared between two people, hardly any appetizers were ordered and nobody ordered any drinks(no mocktails or cocktails or hard drinks) The service is PATHETIC and not worth THEMONEY. Do not go there !!

This is a pretty average Indian place. Their samosa and Shrimp or paneer Bhojanic are amazing, definitely recommend. I had their Kathi rolls and my date had their thali. They were both delicious, the only thing is their mocktail mojito masala is pretty terrible. Not sure if you should order a cocktail from here.

I absolutely love this place, both for dining and catering. They have excellent food and outstanding customer service. We’ve done take-away catering with them, as well as full service banquet. They do offer a fantastic variety of options, and will customize your event to perfection. They offer other cuisines besides Indian(American, things with a latin twist, etc.), so it’s literally a go-to stop for every kind of need, from fancy evening event, to food trucks, and everything in between! These guys catered my wedding, which was 60% Indian guests. Despite the crowd being very picky, everyone absolutely loved the food, if that tells you anything. I respect the opinions of those who do not think it’s «authentic» Indian, however, that doesn’t make it any less delicious, or any less fantastic of an experience :-)

I’ve eaten at a lot of Indo-Paki restaurants in Georgia. In terms of Indian food, Bhojanic definitely sits in the middle. I visited the original location in Decatur a while back and had the same average experience, however, I do feel that service has improved a great deal. The Goat Curry is pretty fantastic and so is the Naan Bread, though not the best that I’ve had. I feel that Bhojanic elevates Indian food when it comes to atmosphere and presentation and would be an excellent choice for a casual date or a business meeting. Still, the first place I’d go to for my Indian fix ITP would be Zyka, with dishes that are less than half the price of Bhojanic! Around 7 pm, the restaurant provides live music, which is a nice touch and adds a bit of elegance to the place. You’d think you were in a New American rather than an Indian restaurant with a full bar in front of you, dim lighting over wooden tables and fabric cushions, and jazz playing in the background. Having a large parking lot is convenient, but finding a spot depends on the day and time, since it’s located in the shopping plaza(Around Lenox Shops) across from Neiman Marcus. Bhojanic is nestled in between Roots Juices and Crate & Barrel/lululemon. They have an outdoor patio in front of the restaurant with orange tables and chairs; you can’t miss it!

Food and drinks were on point… Everything I expected and more. Isaac was very informative regarding the entrees and drinks. And his recommendation is on parr. And the is not the only thing in here that is hot I’ll definitely be back.

Came to this restaurant for my friends birthday dinner. I had the curry chicken. It was pretty good. And the drinks were good and strong. But the waiter Isaac was great explained the menu and everything. And he was easy on the eyes. Lol

I visited this place after a friend recommended it. It is not easy to find since it is tucked away in a side shopping area offset from Lenox Mall. I went there for brunch/lunch on Sunday and was very pleased. I ordered the special which consisted of Chicken Tikka Marsala along with several vegetables, bread and dessert. It started with a Mango Lassi, which was a mango smoothie and very good. Next, the entrée was excellent with the Chicken Marsala, potatoes, beans and yogurt side. Then, the dessert consisted of 2 donuts in a sweet sauce. Everything was great and I was very impressed. If you enjoy Indian food, this is a great option.

Located in the Around Lenox Shops in the corner behind Niemans is a little gem. Authentic Indian food, helpful friendly staff with casually comfortable surroundings. Complimented with a nice bar offering a fairly good selections. Naan Bread Tandori Wings Curry chicken All winners

The first time I ate at Bhojanic was in 2008 at the original Decatur location. I have been hooked ever since! This is my go to restaurant for a quick Indian food fix. Service: Usually very prompt, they can get busy on weekends but still have never waited more than 30 minutes for a seat. Atmosphere: The new location looks more sleek and less hip but its still cozy. It also has a nice bar area for sitting. Food: The food is always good. Its not spicy enough for me, but my non-indian friends love it. I love their palak paneer and samosas. I can’t find any other place that makes it like this! The thali is huge, and I usually split it with someone. Price: It is a little pricey compared other Indian places, but it is definitely tastier too! Overall, I’ve never had a bad experience bringing someone here and always love it!

Visiting Atlanta and had to have some quality Indian food. This is a great addition to the Buckhead area. We had dined in the Emory area location and hoped this one was just as good. We were surprised… it was better! We arrived around 12:30 on a Saturday and there were no other guests in the restaurant, awesome for us! The server was pleasant and informative. We ordered one of their plates(two meat and a vegetable) and split it. We had two chicken tikka masala and some potato/cauliflower side(very spicy and delicious). The food came out quickly and it was awesome. Very flavorful and fresh. We also had a mango lassi which was delicious as well. Great Indian food. Check it out!

Visited this amazing restaurant with my sister and brother-in-law, who were super excited to try this Indian sounding, american take on traditional Indian street food. The hostess was very gracious and immediately seated us on arriving. She also promptly took our orders and was quick to make some good recommendations. For appetizers we had the Gol Guppas(or also called Pani Puris), Aloo Tikki chat and Samosa Chaat. The Samosa was bang on with the spicy and delicious potato stuffing and fried just right amount… no excess oil leaving behind a trail. The others gorged on the Gol Guppas like there was going to be no end to it… ordering for a little more flavored water and sweet tamarind chutney and mint sauce. For main course, we each ordered for Lunch Thalis(meals) comprising of veg and non veg options that we could choose from the menu listings. The non vegetarian section with the tender goat curry and Chiken tikka masala stood out high above the rest. Exceptionally delicious with just the right depth of hotness and spices. We could do with a little more spices levels but for a lunch this was just right. The vegetarian dishes could be a lot better since they failed to strike a positive note on our palates neither with the spice levels nor with the flavors. Kadi Pakoda was the only good choice although ultra mild. Chole not atal and Chilli Paneer(cottage cheese) was sweet much against the name itself! Dessert left a mesmerizingly sweet memory with us as we gorged through the Gulab Jamuns and Rasmalai. Perfectly done, tender and succulent with sugar syrup. Good to visit to get an initial introduction to Indian cuisine and try different kinds of street food for appetizers.

Yet another typical Atlanta instance of… not bad, but really not worth the double-dollar signs. I wouldn’t call Bhojanic«authentic», but it’s not trying to be, so it’s okay that it’s not. However, if we’re not going all-out authentic, PLEASE put descriptions on your menu! We had to ask the waitress to give us more time… twice… just so we had time to Google everything on the menu that was unexplained. To be safe, we finally decided to split a dish between the two of us. It was big enough, but didn’t have a lot of variety– 85% rice, some chicken and that’s it. The flavor was good, but nothing to write home about. We also split one non-alcoholic drink between the two of us: The Spiced Lemonade. I was really excited for this, but it turned out tasting like generic Country Time powdered lemonade with an abundance of cumin in it. Not at all what I wanted or cared to finish. With only one dish and one non-alcoholic beverage, the total was still over $ 30 after tax, so as Scar would say, BEPREPARED! If they lowered prices, or offered a cheaper lunch special option, I’d come back on a regular bases probably. But otherwise, I’ve seen, I’ve eaten, I’ve reviewed, I’m done.

The only disappointment here was the vegetarian food. But shame on me for starting with bad stuff. Bhojnaic is a refreshing change. It is an Indian restaurant that cooks real and authentic food. We were a group of four and we sampled a wide variety of the food. — The pani puri was excellent. Highly recommended. — The chicken curry was good — The Chicken Tikka Masala was really good. Spicy. As it would be back home. — The aloo tikki was okay. — The lamb curry was well appreciated on the entire table. — The chilli paneer, daal makhani and chole were very mediocre. The daal lacked salt and spice. The desserts were divine. The gulab jamuns were really really good. The ras malai was really good too. Overall, this place does its food right. I’d go here again(and not order anything vegetarian).

5 for food 4 for inconsistent and slow service(although the food comes out quickly enough if you have a good server) My coworkers and I come here for lunch frequently(I’ve been at least 15 times) and the service is almost always painfully slow and frustrating for(what we hope will be) quick work lunches. That said, the food is SOOOO good that we can’t help ourselves. On one trip about a year ago, we had laughably poor service to the point where we asked for the manager. He could not have been nicer and more accommodating. He heard us out and gave us a discount for our hour and 45 minute lunch troubles. We usually get the lunch mini thali which comes with an app(salad, alu tikki or samosa), 1 meat and 1 veg, as well as basmati rice, yogurt sauce and a piece of naan). The chicken tikka masala is like buttah. Perfectly seasoned; not overpowering or dull. The saag paneer is creamy and delicious. I also frequently enjoy the alu gobi, which has a nice kick to it! I saw an adorable grandma-looking woman peeking out from the kitchen when we went last week and I’m pretty sure that’s why the food is so good. The space is clean and modern with cool lanterns, vibrant fabrics and a nice patio outside. If you’ve never had Indian food and you don’t know where to start, this is a very good place to give it a shot.

Looking for something different to try, my adventurous palate led me to a rather contemporary Indian cuisine, Bhojanic. In contrast to the traditional Indian meals you would encounter at most places, the restaurant attempts to switch things up. In my opinion, the food is a bit overpriced while the service does little to redeem. Upon arrival, an uptight hostess hastily dealt with us and showed us our seat. The décor aims for a simple elegance which merely strikes as tacky, raw, and unfinished(Concrete floors, unfinished ceilings, etc.) To be fair, the creative splash found here is right in line with the neighboring shops in its plaza. The menu is a simple one-pager consisting of kathi rolls, thalis, curries, and«tapas» appetizers. The thali’s a terrific option to sample several different items(non-veg and veg). — our favorites were the chole and saag paneer. The turkey kathi roll is delicious and comes loaded with fully spiced turkey kebabs. Among all others, the goat curry was easily the table favorite: tenderly sliced goat pieces cooked in a savory curry and served with basmati rice. Our waiter was pleasant and did what she could to help us navigate through the menu. I would have liked to see her check up on us a few more times and have made a stronger effort to ensure our satisfaction. The indifferent hostess passively murmured a goodbye on our way out — perhaps a customer communication training would suit her well. Bottomline: good food, a bit overpriced, and okay service.

I personally don’t like to base my reviews on the service… but, in this case I may have to a *little* Bhojanic is right next to Lenox Mall — near Lulu Lemon. Not a bad location at all. Esp, if you plan to shop before/after your meal. There are spots available. I come here to shop often during chaotic times and I’m fairly pleased with the availability. We had a table of 5, but when me and my bf went in, it was just us for a few mins. Weird thing is, it wasn’t THAT crowded, but we still had to wait to get seated. Not sure if that’s just me, but I don’t know. I find it odd. I could tell there were lots of bigger tables open too with no RSVP spots. But whatever! I’m being nit picky. Our hostess looked so confused though. Service — so service wasn’t really that great. Food took a lot longer to get & other tables that came after us got theirs fairly quickly. Not sure if it’s what we ordered or. if there was a whoops in the kitchen and had to make new meals… or hm. Our 1 app came out 15 mins after we ordered, but the app was wings. Literally took 1 min for each of us to eat. Afterwards, the food came out way later than expected. Also, when we received our checks, they were all swapped. Wrong items on checks + mispriced. Hm, luckily my friend found the error and corrected it. Maybe I’m being too overbearing on this, but I find it kind of peculiar… that this entire time service was kind off. They weren’t even that busy. But our server was super nice & sweet. She fixed things as soon as we said something. Place — When you walk in, you’ll smell the delicious food. Like. I was hungry when we walked in, but my hunger turned on higher when once I smelled the food. Also, I can tell this would be a great date place as well as meet with friends place. Has a neat bar + several 2 man tables. In the middle, there are longer tables for your parties. FOOD! I got the thali tray — one with Chicken Tikka(?) and the Alu(vegetable) — Loved both. Very delicious. On my tray, I had rice, naan, mini salad, white yogurt, and spicy spinach. Everything was great. It’s a bit pricey, but I do love good Indian food. One friend got the Lamb Curry with Cauliflower — she said it was amazing as well. Seems like you can’t go wrong with the Thali trays! I would def. order one or 2 of these with several different items. We also ordered the wings — so spicy! They also had some green sauce. Nom. I’m a wing girl and these were pretty good. Order these for an app! I forgot what the guys ordered — but it had A LOT of rice, as in. literally a bowl of rice + chicken and mini plates of side items. I think Chicken Pandoora with rice? Overall — try the thali trays for sure + the wings. :) Oh and I wish Unilocal had a 3.5 score. that’s what I’d give.
