Nice gym close to work. Indoor 1⁄8th mile track on second deck. No pool
Has sauna and excellent shower facilities. Free lockers and towel service while you workout.
Decent assortment of free weights but no real squat machine – just the Smith machine. Excellent selection of Matrix machines if you don’t want free weights.
Staff company just turned over a month or so ago but no change in service. Friendly front desk. Good classes.
Hours are the downside. Not open late or very early.

Nice, clean gym for Emory employees. Recently (December 2013) renovated and new weight equipment and machines put in. Blomeyer offers group fitness classes, sauna, personal training, massages, and more. There is always a cardio machine available and a short wait for weight machines if any. It’s cheaper than being a member of the YMCA and there is always some kind of program/​friendly competition going on to win prizes. They always do something for holidays (I.e. whole grain tortilla chips and salsa for cinco de mayo etc). It’s a fun gym to belong to! Would get 5 stars if there was a pool! Maybe rooftop? No? Ok. ;)
