This is a great place to grab some healthy bites in downtown Atlanta, a place where not just healthy food options but food options period have a hard time emerging. The formerly«Food 4 Life» restaurant changed management and is now Blue Seas. It is the only place with food options like these for at least 3 – 5 miles in any one direction. I ordered the fish and rice plate with fresh veggies. They def load them on and it’s not over seasoned. Very reasonable prices as well and a good place to get some studying done. They have wifi and plugs at the tables with big leather booths.

The staff here is incredibly polite. That’s the winning factor here, and since I’m huge on customer service I was really impressed. The décor is nice, it reminds me of a mosque. The artwork on the walls and on the counters is absolutely gorgeous! Ugh. So here’s where its not so nice… I ordered a grilled salmon sandwich on a Kaiser roll. Except it wasn’t a Kaiser roll. It was a regular white hamburger bun out of a grocery store pack. This is why I could not give more than two stars: I ordered this item based on the description on the menu. Because that’s not what I got, I was peeved when I opened my food box. That, to me, is deceptive advertising. This place does NOT sell beef or pork products, and I guess I ran with that concept and assumed it was because they wanted to offer a healthier alternative to the restaurants in the area. However, burger buns off the shelf are far from healthy, and on top of that it wasn’t a hearty enough bread to stay together when I picked up the sandwich. It got soggy and fell apart so that I was basically holding a salmon filet in my hands. The filet part was good enough… it was on the verge of being overdone but it was seasoned well. The tomatoes were good and ripe, but they were VERY skimpy on the lettuce. I’m talking two little strips of Romaine, like the kind you get in those bagged salads. This wasn’t worth the almost $ 9 I paid for it :-/ If I come back, I’ll get something else altogether. Maybe a pasta dish or something, but I don’t feel like I can trust the sandwiches. Or the descriptions. But because they were so nice and friendly, I just might give them another chance.

I agree with Sister Clarissa X. This restaurant is wonderful! I’ve been twice so far and each time I was very pleased. I tried the salmon alfredo and carrot fries too and it was amazing! The ambiance is calming and colorful and the staff was very courteous! I recommend it highly! Oh, the parking is limited, but there is a Wal-mart across the street as was mentioned, but you won’t have far to walk if you end up parking there. Enjoy!

This place was wonderful. The samosas was perfectly seasoned. The salmon Alfredo was superb. The carrot fries were different but tasty. This place is decorated superbly. The women’s bathroom was so serene. If you are in the area it’s worth it to try. Only thing negative I have to say is not about the restaurant itself, the parking is next to none. At least u park in the Walmart parking lot or something. And Mon-Fri u have to pay for parking. It’s a good thing it’s a Sunday. It’s a new restaurant that will ever be expanding. Can’t wait until our next visit to ATL.
