Awesome garage — the mechanics are good and willing to work with you. I replaced a tie rod & couldn’t get the other one off. I called them and explained my situation. They told me to bring my parts and my truck in in the morning & they’d put it on. True to their word they got me all fixed up in a few hours. I told them about other repairs I might need that I lacked the tools for so they took me under the truck to look at them — then showed me that the parts were still good (and told me the signs to look for if those parts start to go bad). As a woman shops often try to talk down to me but these guys treated me like the shade tree mechanic my daddy raised me to be. They were very respectful and the price was fair. When I can’t fix it — they can. I think they made a lifelong customer today.

There are cheaper and better in close proximity.

Take your car to the Pep Boys up the street on Piedmont or the Lindbergh Exxon. You’ll get better service and a response should you have any issues with the work. My car broke down across the street and it seemed like a good idea to bring it here. I was wrong. They replaced my alternator and battery — $ 485. One month later on a Sunday night, the battery is dead and car won’t start after multiple efforts from AAA. Tried to return the original one because it was under warranty. I phoned the shop before I came and was given the run around, they can’t do anything, wait for Bo the Owner. Finally I speak to Bo and before I can tell him the issue he cuts me off and tells me their policy. I head to the station and the indignant owner won’t let me speak, won’t take my battery and won’t listen to my story. He is combative and threatening. How can they fix the problem when they don’t want to hear what’s wrong? They are eager to sell services and parts but will not help you after that.

Terrible place. They acted nice. But, they told me my battery was dead and that they had tried to charge it 5 – 6 times.
After buying a new battery, my car experienced the same problems as prior, which turned out to be the ignition switch.
When i called to speak with «Bo» about this, he was very combative and began giving me a used car salesman story before I got anywhere. He definitely seemed like he had told that same story to many other folks prior and will again. I told him I would put some reviews online. I like to put positive reviews for great places. But, this is one of the worst. Don’t go here and don’t let those you care about either.
