Bridge to Nowhere

To the person saying its cool but unsafe… It’s an abandoned chink of road in the hood… Are you dense?
The fact it has a Unilocal is pretty funny in itself.

This location offers an interesting view at a cost… Safety. There are homeless people all around and the thick bushes and odd location help obscure the view from the street. Don’t try to make this a romantic trip, but it does make for an interesting adventure if you’re up for it.

For some easy urban exploration, if you head to the intersection of Northside Drive and Donald Lee, right outside of Tech, there’s a bridge that hangs off over the highway.
Originally built in 1912, the bridge has fell out of use a while ago, and now just the beginning remains on the west side of the highway.
While not that secret of a place, it does offer a good view of Atlanta and is pretty easy to access.
NOTE: if you do plan on stopping by, homeless DO live on and around the bridge. If you go, bring some friends for your own safety and don’t aggravate the people living there. Most are very accommodating if you announce your presence and treat them with respect.
