Bruster’s Ice Cream

Best ice cream I have ever had. The staff is always very friendly. I always get some kind of cheesecake ice cream (the kind always varies) or coffee & it’s always so good.

Best brownie sundae ever and huge. Perfect for sharing. Brownie was warm and tasted fresh. Sweet staff, very courteous.

This was our family’s first time visiting this location. We walked up to the store around 8:20 on Saturday, October 4. The lights above the menu and the open light were out. There was a closed sign in the window (although the sign said they were open until 10:00). My husband walked up to the window and asked if they were open. When the girl in the window said yes he asked if she could turn on the light, but she said it was broken. (When we walked into Publix 15 minutes earlier it was on). We started to place our order and the girl at the window seemed very annoyed. When I tried to order a blast she said the machine was turned off because they close at 9:00. Really? I was confused why you would need to turn off a machine so far before closing. It really seemed like the girls behind the counter did not want to work. Because of their bad attitudes, our family will never visit this location again, and I will make sure to spread the word to others! Don’t waste your money at an establishment that doesn’t have respectful employees who are willing to do their jobs.

Pumpkin chocolate chip ice cream. An interesting concept with a poor execution. I really wanted to like it, but I didn’t. Brusters just lacks appeal to me. The cone or cup is always messy from overdone toppings… its just too much for me.

I love Brusters, this location is so patient with me trying out flavors even though I have had them before and can’t really make up my mind on what my taste buds are looking for at the moment. The staff is pleasant and there always seems to be a little line. Shout out to Tahnita C. for adding the business. I was able to get my conehead badge with it by checking in.

This is my 2^nd time going here for dessert after a long day and it never disappoints.
Had a sweet tooth & as soon as the young folks here slide that window open to ask you how they can help you… ummmmm… all you smell coming from behind the counter is sweet yummy goodness! Go & see what I tell you!
I couldn’t add them early to Check In… so, I noticed I could add a business & added them myself! Good customer Service pays off!
