Burger King

There are a lot of big holes present around the drive thru so be careful. I waited in line for almost 25 minutes. People were getting so upset that some of them started getting out of their car and marching inside to do who knows what. We finally arrived at the window only to have to wait another 10 minutes. The cashier was about to give us our food and she was so spaced out she forget that she didn’t even take our money yet. The only thing that saves this review is the food it was actually not that bad but the service and upkeep of the place is terrible.

This Burger King is the WORST. Several times I’ve ordered two items and they took forever. You’d think that this would mean the food would be hot, but it isn’t. There was no line inside and no one in front of me in the drive thru, yet they took a long time to complete my order. They also regularly don’t have menu items and get orders wrong. Even when they aren’t busy! I’m done with this place. Rude staff, slew service, lukewarm food, and/​or wrong food. Go to one of the other places nearby. You’ll get better service.

Hit the drive thru a few times and it was painfully slow. Speed of service in the drive thru, however, can be greatly impacted by who is in line ahead of you ordering for all seven occupants in their car so I decided to go in and see if things improved. Both ladies behind the counter were friendly as can be. Orders were taken quickly and the food followed close behind. Food was hot and tasty. Lots of regulars come in and seem to have a good rapport with the staff dining room was clean and comfortable. Go in and check it out!

The food is just as good as all the otherones but the sitting inside is nasty and dirty and there are flys all over the place. No A/​C in the place. They do have a coke freestyle drink thing but it is out of a lot of things. This place couls really use a good manager!

They are so slow here and always forget some of my order I live burger kings food but the staff here are rude and they don’t pay attention to the orders

I don’t know what happens when people become managers here but boy does it change them all into the same mean, grumpy, frowning awful people. I went into this burger king with my hubby after we had just gotten off of work and was surprised to learn that the A/​C inside the place didn’t work so all of the employees were dripping with sweat trying to prepare the food. That cannot be sanitary. I was about 98 degrees in there and I’m not exaggerating. They told us that the A/​C had been broken for weeks. I only wanted an apple pie and the manager rung me up only to inform me 30 minutes later that there weren’t any pies at all. I wanted something to drink instead and asked for a cup only to find out that the soda machine (the new world of coca-​cola one) needed to be serviced. It only shot out bitter uncarbonated chemicals. I also noticed how many flies there always are in this burger king. One or two flies can come from outdoors but 12 – 14 flies can indicate maggots. If ever someone called the health inspector the place would be closed within the hour.
