Burger King

Okay. Someone find the manager who deserted their team tonight, please.
There was only one person working the drive thru, one person in the back, and I’m not sure if there was anyone else. They closed up the dining room because there was literally 2 or 3 people in there at 6:30 pm on a Monday.
And boy were they pissed. And off the mark. The fries given to us felt like they had been sitting outside in this 37 degree weather and we had to send my husbands sandwich back 4 times because he had asked for a tendercrisp chicken sandwich and they kept sending out whopper burgers.
It must be Atlanta, because y’all’s fast food places are way worse than anything I’ve experienced in NY, DC, Virginia or Miami. Maybe even worse than Texas.

I whoppers. When I’m not in the mood for Chic-​Fil-​A or Stake –n– Shake, BK is next on my list when I’m on the east coast. Happen to be in the area and craving a whopper. The stores in the area are not known for their great customer service but I figure if give it a try anyway. Glad I did. Took a super long time to get my meal: #1 — whopper meal with onion rings instead of fries and dr. pepper light ice. Had a fiend with me in the car so the wait didn’t feel as long, but it still was longer than normal. Finally get my meal and wanted something like ice cream. I explained to the cashier what I wanted thinking they had it on the menu. They didn’t. She created it and in two minutes I had an awesome ice cream with syrup and Oreo cookie crunches all over. It was just what I wanted. The young lady, Derica was nice, friendly, personable and sweet. She thought outside of the box and it made me glad. I may not go to this particular location since its out of my way but I ate my desert first and my Saturday is all that much happier because of it! Thanks BK. Thanks Derica!

Havent been to Burger King in ages, and I know am at a age and weight where the only thing I ever have to order from here are the French toast sticks.
They now are on the dollar menu. You get 3 sticks and a thing of syrup. Just what I needed after a night of drinking and making it home just as the sun begins to rise.
Building has been renovated into a newer styled Burger King.
Drive thru was quick.

Not a big fan of BK, though every once in a while I go to remind myself not to eat at BK. This one’s not a really great location, either. Every time I’ve been through the drive-​in there’s a wait — with never more than one car in line!
When you get to the window to pick up your food you get a wonderful greeting… the restaurant inspection certificate — 83/​B (10/​14/​2014). Makes you feel great as you drive away reaching for that Whopper.

They redid this place so it looks really nice inside but what they really nees to so is get all new people this place that want to work and/​or know what the hell they ars doing. The cashier did not know how to work the register or even what some of the food was thatt I was ordering! The manger was just walking around lime she was bothered by all the customers that were there and it was 9min before I got my food. Looking in the bad the «cooks» were on there cell phones and the manger walked outside to talk to someone and was STILL out there when I left the bast thing they can do for this place is shut it down and start all over!

Burger King… Have it your way I reckon. This location has me exclusively for the breakfast pit stop on the way to work from time to time just because of the good service from Rico Suave. Rather if that is this guy’s real name or not is to be determined, but we all get a kick out of him and how he keeps things flowing. Good job Burger King!

Worst Burger King in ATL. How are you burger king and be out of something. I’ve been there a 4 different times for one of their smoothies and EVERYTIME, they say they out! And then the act like it’s my fault cause they out!!!

Ok Burger king is ok, but the only reason I like it because the customer service during the morning always correct great customer again I will continue as long as that happens the night shift is ok but they have improved 100% at this location
