I had a «subscription» to SpaHa/Candle Spas. 1) after my 9-month subscription they started billing me monthly. I asked to stop it 3 times before they cancelled it. 2) I was never able to go to the same place more than once, even tho’ it says may use 3 times. #) The extra months I was charged are not available for me to use. 4) The locations are not convenient and a couple a bit sketchy. 5) Customer service was not responsive to any questions. Waste of money

I signed up with Candlespas over the Christmas holiday; I have had 3 great massages with a wonderful provider but was saddened to hear how much she is reimbursed by Candle Spas; after my last(you can only visit one person 3 times) visit, the voucher I was given did not work and she could not get reimbursed. I have tried to reach Candle Spas in vain — their customer support is nonexistent and their method of booking is overly complicated and doesn’t work the way they claim it will. Never again!!!
