Great place to start a 5:30am morning and catch up on my 1st job before I go to my second. Service is great and I like the fact they are doing a lot of things for charity.

I would say it’s a nice place to just relax and enjoy the ambiance. The employees seem ok. Not as friendly as I expected them to be. One of the employees didn’t recommend any lattes or coffee to me, so I thought that was being normal. Was I ever wrong. after I ordered my mango black tea(hot tea, medium size). There was a few people who went to order. the cashier asked if they would like to buy some ground coffee so that money would be donated to the breast cancer society and then she recommended a latte or coffee to them. Why didn’t she ask me, I wonder? But that’s ok. I forgive her. But next time I hope all of their employees ask the same question to all of their customers no matter what! The taste of the mango black tea was decent. It wasn’t the best tasting mango black tea I’ve ever had. It was decent. Like I said. decent. Do I have to repeat myself? I hope not. The window seat(table. whatever) is my favorite spot. Mango Black Tea(hot)/(medium sized): $ 2.09 But yea. I would come here, again.

This is the 2nd time an employee gave me attitude because I ask for additional pumps of caramel. When I asked for more pumps, she responded with attitude telling me what she«ALREADY» put in the coffee. This is the same kind of attitude I got from a previous employee from a previous visit. I came to the coffee house this morning to relax, not to be ridiculed on how I like my coffee.

This place is fine… nothing more. I’ve experienced better service, and attitude from other locations, particularly the Peachtree @ Piedmont location.

I love coming to this location because parking is a breeze, the baristas and workers are friendly, and everyone is busy doing their own thing. It’s a nice place to get work done, or to just read a book with your coffee/tea/dessert. Great place to relax and enjoy a hot beverage on a cold day. :)

There is absolutely no reason I should sit in a drive thru for coffee any longer than five minutes. Each time I’ve been to this location I have waited at LEAST ten minutes. The staff is always nice, but there is no sense in the wait. If it wasnt the only location on my way to work and I didnt love their coffee over Starbucks, I would never come here again. Please speed up your service!

This is your only place in Atlanta that is still a chain with legitimate coffee drinks. Caribou’s mochas with real chocolate don’t compare to any other mocha I’ve tried in Atlanta. The staff here is quick and efficient. Most of them have been there for a while and they have an excellent manager. This caribou location is a part of the community, they consistently donate their products to community events and organizations. Come here for great food and drink, stay for the environment and the people!

There’s something about Caribou that keeps me coming back every time. As compared to their competition, my drinks are always made the right way the first time. They also don’t mind you customizing your drink considering they offer several extra pump options for free! This location has a great patio that extends in to the parking lot. They have free wifi on the deck and speakers so you get the coffee shop effect even while sitting right off of crazy Roswell Road! There is always a fun trivia question by the register and they offer discounts off your purchase if you get the question right. No Mr. Google allowed! If you’re tired of the burnt taste of other coffee shops and need a cabin like hide out to relax and drink your coffee, try out Caribou. You just may find yourself addicted just like me!

Nice place. Nice people. I think their coffee is stronger than Starbucks… if that works for you, try Caribou Coffee.

I was there with a friend around noon on Tues March 25. Coffee(Lattes) were good. But blueberry muffin was dry and stale. Turkey and Brie baguette was pre-packaged and tasteless. The turkey looked liked fake turkey and the Brie tasted like mayonnaise. So stick with the coffee at this place.

This is a good location with plenty of seating and a drive-thru for those on the go. The staff is always very friendly as well. An extra bonus is this is one of the few places in the area that you can pick up a Creative Loafing which is a great local paper for local events, restaurant news as well as interesting articles that showcase Atlanta.

Coffee is real good when you drink it it gives you time to think. It’s a lot more than just a drink; it’s something happening. Not as in hip, but like an event, a place to be, but not like a location, but like somewhere within yourself. It gives you time, but not actual hours or minutes, but a chance to be, like be yourself, and have a second cup. ~Gertrude Stein It seems Gertrude Stein had a lot more to say about coffee than she did roses. After getting«stuffed«at Nancy’s Chicago Pizza I was on desperate need of a coffee to get me back to the burbs. Caribou is mysteriously absent OTP so I took this as the perfect opportunity to revisit my old friend. My mini Unilocalers loved the turtle mocha and white chocolate mocha. I went for my usual bold(boring I know) but was not disappointed. When Caribou was in Johns Creek I always preferred it over Starbucks, as blasphemous as that may sound to the minions. Service was great. Relaxed environment with Death Cab for Cutie playing in the background. Actually kind of hip, Gertrude Stein, kinda hip…

I guess the dark chocolate Mint Condition keeps me coming back… and includes driving an extra few miles to get to this Caribou. The Caribou closer to where I work closed, unfortunately. As other Unilocalers said, this is a good location because of its enclosed patio and the mix of people you will see while relaxing. More cozy than a Starbucks to me. Plenty of parking.

Here is what Caribou does great where Starbucks could take a lesson: Non Fat Whipped Topping Choice of Dark Chocolate, Milke Chocolate or White Chocolate(in drinks with Chocolate) Daily 10 cent trivia(answer the trivia question right, get 10 cents off your drink) Where does Caribou lack? Ease of payment Loyalty Rewards System Okay, is it a wash? Maybe. But when I get Caribou the 1 out of 25 trips to get coffee, I am reminded what I love about them. Not enough to kick my Sbux habit, but it always makes me super happy. Plus, the Mint Condition is absolutely delicious every day of the year.

Despite the somewhat standardized feel that comes with a corporately-fun coffee house, this Caribou Coffee location was welcoming, pretty spacious and never loud or crowded. This Caribou location is next to a Rite Aid Pharmacy and, luckily, gets a little help with the parking thanks to a large lot next door that I have never seen full. This review is for a sit-in visit, though Caribou does offer drive-through service, during which I relaxed outside until it became too hot and then moved inside to meet a fellow coffee-drinker. In the past I had avoided Caribou Coffee because its placement was slightly inconvenient for my drive to work and by the time I am on my way home and it IS convenient, I don’t really want coffee anymore. I was also worried that this place would stay over-busy during the morning hours when my system craves caffeine. Upon my visit this past week I learned that all of my impressions of this location had been wrong at that I had both interior and exterior seating choices, quite a few of them actually, and that I was able to very easily park and get both in and out of the parking lot. Despite my intent to enjoy a good hot coffee beverage, I ordered an Iced Cold Press Coffee and moved, temporarily, outside to relax in the sun at one of the little outdoor two-tops. When I just couldn’t take the heat anymore I moved back inside and kept my fingers crossed that all of the patrons who had come in for coffee had left enough space inside to keep it comfortable. Wow, it didn’t look like anyone had really stuck around and it felt almost as if I had free choice of tables at which to sit. I do not know how much longer I will be living in the vicinity of this Caribou, but while I am still here I will definitely keep it in mind for quick coffee stops and lounging during off-time.

I’m starting to experience Starbucks fatigue and Octane is just too damn far from my house. So, craving a quick cup of coffee, I zipped up Roswell to Caribou. The place was packed, owing to today being beautiful and Caribou’s patio seating being plentiful. Conversely, the tiny interior space was super empty. I was actually surprised to see they’ve packed in more tables since my last visit… it really makes the inside cluttered. On a cold or rainy day, people would be elbow to elbow. While the barista was friendly, the register jockey was clearly untrained. It took her forever to ring up the person in front of me, she was flummoxed when the register’s paper tape needed changing and she kept forgetting what I wanted(a medium coffee, with room for cream and sugar). She had also forgotten to change the Now Brewing sign, so while I wanted a Sumatra, I ended up with a Mocha Java. For mass-produced corporate coffee, Caribou has always been one of the better options. My Mocha Java had good flavor and the caramel apple muffin I ordered was pretty tasty. But with such sub-par service, I can’t see myself passing several other copy outposts to go here. I think the next time I want to give Caribou a go, I’ll point my car towards the Peachtree location.

Definitely lacks the character of local coffee shops but I’ve really been trying to avoid Starbucks lately to work. On my way home I looked up coffee shops in the Dunwoody area and found no local joints so I settled for Caribou after driving past 10 of the green ones. I’m glad I did because it’s much more quiet and peaceful than the hustle and bustle of ‘bucks. I can only take some many blender launches that shake and rattle every cell in your body. Two shots of espresso still isn’t enough to help me concentrate. Even though I’m not a huge fan of the Caribou décor, it’s definitely warmer and more inviting to spend longer amounts of time in. For you speed readers: 1) Leave your ‘bucks vocabulary at the door — Venti = Large 2) No ear plugs /head phones necessary 3) Outdoor patio is perfect for hanging out and ‘carwatch’ on Roswell Road(plenty of soccer moms for you to gawk at) 4) Bring a jacket because they do try to freeze you out 5) Plenty of parking 6) Good meeting spot for ITP /OTP people 7) There’s a microwave for you to heat up your goodies(if you’re cheap or on a budget) … just remember to leave the curry at home!

This is one of my two preferred Caribou Coffee locations in Atlanta. They have really great service and delicious drinks. Today I am trying the Turtle Mocha. It is a sweet coffee drink that combines espresso, caramel, milk chocolate(although you can get dark or white), snickers pieces, whipped cream, and caramel sauce. I am a huge fan of snickers and it is like drinking one mixed with a little bit of coffee. This location always has lots of open tables/seats for getting your work done on weeknights and on the weekend. Its the perfect place to spend a dreary Sunday afternoon(like today). It’s also always quiet enough to get a lot of work done!

Caribou doesn’t have the character of local coffee shops, but it’s big, clean, has free wi-fi, and serves up good coffee and great sugary coffee drinks(I’m currently trying out the White Chocolate Vanilla Mocha). I love this location because the staff are really nice, there are always plenty of open tables/space to work, and it’s quiet. It’s a great place to bring your laptop and get some work done or to hang out and read a book. It’s open relatively late(11pm or so usually) although, as with most coffee shops, I wish it was open later.

The free wi-fi and proximity to my parents’ house is the only reason you’ll find me here, situated next to the middle aged men in pleated jeans. And trust me, this place is FULL of them. It can be difficult to find a place to sit, especially during yucky weather when the patio can’t be used. Luckily, the baristas are super sweet and I like sitting by the fireplace. Plus, as a non coffee drinker/child at heart, I really like the Cookie Monster on the kids’ menu. Oreo crumbles plus a toy? Can’t get much better than that!
