I’ve been going here for years and after moving out of the neighborhood I’m still going out of my way to go here. I’ve had nothing but great service and results. Suki is awesome – always smiling, always in a great mood, she’s eternally cheerful. They use collar stays on shirts to keep them shaped, and they’re either not breaking buttons or they replace them because I never have that issue(a complaint I’ve had with other cleaners.) *HUGE* props to this place. The fact that I have to drive about 20 minutes round-trip each visit says it all.

Carriage Cleaners is under new mgmt, and they are wonderful. I am morally opposed to ironing, so I have used every cleaner in town at some point. Carriage Cleaners 2.0 is as good as the pricy Buckhead Competition. They are warm, friendly, and diligent about caring for your garments. As I am in a very image-focused business, their professionalism is an insurance policy for me. I know I can leave a very expensive item with them, and they take as much care with it as I would if I believed in ironing.

I’ve taken my clothing here for over a year and have never had any issues. The customer service is fine, not stellar, but they get the job done. The location is convenient, and they’re open early. Hopefully I don’t run into any issues as the other reviewer has experienced here.

I was a customer with Carriage Cleaners for several years and over the last year their service has steadily deteriorated. It first started with them assigning someone elses close to my account. Each time I went to pick up or bring in clothes they would attempt to add the same wrong order to my ticket. I told them several times and they finally stopped asking me but never took the clothes off my account profile. This last incident was my final straw prior to going out of town I brought in two pairs of slacks that accompany suits. When I picked my clothes up a week in a half later one pair of my slacks had a rip in the back almost as if a razor had been taken to them. When I brought this to the clerk’s attention she tried to tell me my pants were like that when I brought them in. I know of course that was not true but it went unresolved and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau letting them know my clothes were ruined, not only the slacks but an entire suit which I paid $ 350. I suggest not taking your clothes to this establishment and find another cleaners.
