It’s weird, but the more expensive a phone is, the less likely you can get insurance for it. I have a Blackberry 9700 that I bought about four months ago and had my first non insured experience last week. I dropped my phone in water while playing golf and took it to Cellularflip to get it fixed. They gave me two options, they could fix my phone, or let me trade it in for cash or toward another phone. I ended up just taking the cash (they paid me $ 140 for my broken phone!)
I ended up using an upgrade that I had on one of my other lines and got a new phone for $ 50 from AT&T. Overall, this was one of the best customer service experiences that I have had and I would definitely recommend Cellularflip friends.
