We have used this company to clean our carpets 4 or 5 times over the past several years. Every time I have been pleased with the results. The same service man has been out to our house every visit, so he is certainly experienced. I used other companies, but was very disappointed. The carpets were too wet afterwards, and when they finally dried I could see the same spots as before the cleaning. With Chem-​Dry the carpets are dry in about 2 hrs. I would not say that this service is cheap, but in this case I guess you get what you pay for. I have not even tried another company since switching to Chem-​Dry.
