I usually LOVE Chick-​fil-​A, but this location during breakfast is just not great. The line was long (cuz people love them some CFA) and moved quickly. I ordered from a less than enthused Chantil. My food came out quickly and I ate on my way to the gate. It was obvious that my biscuit and hash browns had been sitting there for quite some time. Was it awful? No! It just wasn’t the usual quality I come to expect from this awesome chain.

How could you not give any Chick-​Fil-​A a 5 star rating?! That spicy chicken sandwich, those waffle fries, and those new chocolate chip cookies. Amazing!
Pro-​tip: Order the spicy chicken sandwich on wheat and no butter. It tastes the same and shaves off 100+ calories.

If your franchise calls itself part of a bigger restaurant brand, it should accept gift cards. Trying to prey on busy airport customers and only saying you don’t take gift cards for your company after the order is placed is outrageous. Naturally we can led our order and went to a better business.

Long lines for this Atlanta staple in the airport, but service is speedy. As with all Chick fil a’s the workers seems to have a better attitude than other franchise restaurants. The food is a notch above the other big chain places too.

The cashiers are VERY nice and pleasant. However, the manager on duty, Jason, was unpleasant and objectionable. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich – NO PICKLES… Although the container, which housed the sandwich, displayed 2 stickers that boldly affirmed the words NO PICKLES, the cook put pickles on the sandwich anyway. Upon walking all the way back to Chick-​fil-​A, which was far from my gate, I returned the sandwich for a re-​make. Luckily, I saw the pickles prior to biting into the sandwich – for I am allergic. Jason did have the sandwich remade – condescending and bad attitude included. For my inconvenience, and extremely long walk back to Chick-​fil-​A, I flippantly asked Jason, «so, you’re not going to offer me a drink for my troubles?» He rudely responded that he already changed out my sandwich… He apprehensively gave me a complimentary beverage while ranting that «he’d do it THIS TIME» but didn’t feel it necessary since he had already remade the sandwich. The PROBLEM is that, if I had bitten into the sandwich, I would have had an allergic reaction – throat closed and all… Then, Chick-​fil-​A would have had a lawsuit on their hands, Jason. Work on your customer service!!! Or, get a different job!!! It is ALWAYS «A Great Day at Chick-​fil-​A!» Learn the mantra!!!

Food was delivered extremely fast, especially for how busy they were. The chicken club was delicious as were the waffle fries. Other options in the concourse but this was a good choice.

This place moves the product. There is almost always a line but since it’s right at the top of the escalator, I still make sure I try to make it to terminal A when I’m switching planes and it never takes more than a couple of minutes to get my fresh, hot Chick-​Fil-​A!

We do not have a Chick-​fil-​A yet in Vegas and I heard some good thing about them. I tried them during a layover in ATL and wasn’t that impressed. Not sure if it was because it was in an airport but it was just a chicken sandwich, nothing outstanding about it, not sure what the rave is about this place.

Originally posted a review meant for terminal C Chick-​fil-​A. This one is terminal A where the management actually cares. They contacted me to correct the situation and were very engaged in making sure that service was on point. Kudos to Robert!

Barring the fact that the fried chicken sandwich inside my tummy is currently converting itself into 3 pounds of weight on me, there is nothing I can complain about! The line moved super fast, service was very very courteous and lightening fast. Food was fresh and the fatty inside me was delighted about being able to savor their spicy chicken sandwich after almost 3 years of no chik-​fill-​a! The flavored on my sandwich were spot on and the ranch dip was yum! Cheap and quick /​totally loved it!
Now trekking to the gym.

Stopped by for a meal during my layover and they totally messed up my order. Thankfully my husband still liked the sandwich he was just confused on how it was called a club with no bacon or cheese. That’s because I didn’t get what I wanted. Oh well. Chick-​fil-​a chicken never dissapoints so at least we got some white meat chicken vs pizza on our layover.

Always delicious! Best seasoned chicken EVER!

Never a disappointment. Always deliver. I wish there was one within an hour away.

Very affordable for airport food. Everything is freshly made (this place is always flowing with business) and tastes like it should. Friendly service too

Pleasantly surprised by the quick service at this location. If you’re in a time crunch and need something quick, don’t hesitate to pick up food from here. You’ll be in and out in no time.
I had only 10 minutes to spare before having to wait in line for my next flight after having just landed from MCO into ATL. Fortunately, I was flying out of the same gate for my last flight heading to SFO.
I looked around the corner and saw that Chick-​fil-​a was a food option. I was stoked! I love Chick-​fil-​a!
Because of the dearth in time remaining, I was a little hesitant to get food. I wasn’t sure how long it would take but took the risk anyway.
I was 5−6^th in line when I got there. But it went quickly. Within a matter of 5 minutes, I had my order placed (spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with fries). In another 2 minutes, my order was out.
I was really impressed by how quickly everything went.

I am and always will be a fan of Chick-​fil-​a! It is rare to find such quality ingredients used in fast food!
I got the breakfast spicy chicken filet sandwich, a lemonade and hash browns to go with the meal. It was definitely not a healthy breakfast but oh, was it satisfying!
I almost missed my flight because of this meal and yes, it was worth it!

Chick-​Fil-​A you can never do me wrong. Chicken club all the way.

Large airport. Restless, impatient customers. Nothing fazes this Chick-​fil-​A location. Very pleasant staff. Effluence at keeping customers organized, well-​fed, and happy.

When in Atlanta, this was our one stop for the layover to Costa Rica with friends.
It’s greasy, it’s good, it’s religious, it’s fried. It is probably chicken.
We got the premium chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a lemonade.
I can recommend the food, just not the drinks.

Expectations are always low at a food joint in any airport. I love Chick Fil-​A and this was better than other burger options.
Line was not too long with around 12 in front of me and three registers operating. The line moved quickly, which was impressive.
Employee who took order was nice. Order came out correct and food hot. I left pleased with this airport location.
A good amount of seating is in the area.
