My husband and I have been going here for years. They are honest, do quality work and know us by name. We trust them completely as we have accidentally left money in our clothes in the past and have had it returned, every penny. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dry cleaners in the downtown area.

Clover Cleaners is one of the best cleaning experiences I continue to have. Their greatness is due to their customer service. 2nd to None. I was sad when they announced that they were moving from Mitchell to Trinity St. But I’m learning to get over it since my concerns were that they are across the street from the Atlanta Mission Center. Knowing that«tough times» can bring out the worst in people I was concerned about my safety and the safety of my car while picking up my clothes. About 8 months have passed without incident of any sort. I’m wrting this review because I’m suspect that if Clover Cleaners had a better alternative they may have chosen a more customer friendly location. But to date I CANNOT say it isn’t a customer friendly location.

Recently, i went looking for a shirt that I haven’t worn in the longest time and couldn’t find it, something kept telling me, its in the cleaners. I kept telling myself that it couldn’t be in the cleaners because I hadn’t take clothes to the cleaners since January of this year(2012), then more and more I kept not being able to find this dress, or those jeans etc. So finally, I cleaned out what I call a junk drawer and found 6 ticket stubs of clothing that I dropped off on January 18, 2012. I mean really, I need to down size, who leaves clothes at the cleaners for close to six months and totally forgets that they are there. I called the cleaners fully expecting them to say those clothes were no longer there when the lady that answered the phone says«yes, yes, we still have». Insert me knocked over with a feather. She mentioned to me that the location moved to Trinity Avenue on Jan 25, and I jotted down the address. I advise her that I would be there later that day to pick up the clothes. That was three weeks ago today. As mentioned, they are now located on Trinity Ave, one block over from the old location on Mitchell Street and are across from the Atlanta Homeless Mission, where you can rent a bed by the day for $ 8. There were a few«homeless» men lurking about, but I will thankfully admit, no one asked me for change or if I wanted them to watch my car etc. Probably my last trip to this cleaners and they are no longer convenient to home or work, but wow… they held my clothes for six months, no questions asked. It almost gets no better than that. Yes, the dress i was searching for was in the bundles of clothing, but not the shirt.
