You know your day is off to the wrong kind of start when you dump a cup of coffee into your laptop at 6 am. Fortunately, we were able to turn to Computer Troubleshooters to get it cleaned up and running like new. John Tehan responded quickly to my email, and he made it convenient for us to drop off the computer the day of the accident. It was ready 24 hours later, though I didn’t pick it up until the day after that. Besides being responsive, John is friendly, and his price for the cleanup (and follow-up to make sure everything was running normally) was extremely reasonable.
I hope I don’t need John’s help again soon, but if I do run into computer problems again, I won’t hesitate to call him.
