The worst worst worst night club I have ever been too! They completely false advertise, sell drugs out the bathrooms and unless you buy a $ 250 bottle you will Not be sitting! Yes standing in heels all night that’s bs. Staff is rude and unprofessional(except the bartenders) it’s tiny and pathetic. I warn you do not waste your time or money !!!

Reserved on eventbrite they stated free hookahs and drinks till midnight. Once we got in after a unnecessary wait… we asked about it. They said they don’t know anything about it. We showed them the flyer… she said well I don’t no anything about that. You get one free drink and the hookahs are $ 35. Its midnight and its empty. DONOTGOTOTHISPLACE!!! ALLLIESANDUNPROFESSIONAL. Friday night, got in free with the event brite signup. They didn’t open up until 11:15, they were not organized. Still setting up the cash register outdoors. Thus creating a unnecessary line outside. Parking is $ 10 and $ 20 for no reason, they seem to be charging for parking spaces that doesn’t belong to them. The men got in free until 12am and the ladies free until 1am. The ladies got free drinks but only could get a cheap brand of Vodka. So they were extremely disappointed. The club was empty in the beginning and never got a decent crowd. There were absolutely no seats! I’m not joking, there are zero seats! Only VIP couches everywhere, total dumbazz idea. Not sure why they think this is a good business plan to have no seats or bar stools. So u in this place early to get in free with a bunch of young folks standing around drinking cheap drinks. The bartender was on her phone the entire time I was there… chatting or something, she was completely not happy and very inattentive. Crowd is very young, this ain’t no grown folks event, they also allow smoking on the inside. Then u exit the place through the fire exits! I will not waste my time going back!

Ok, So I was pretty intoxicated by the time I rolled into this place, but not enough to where I could forget how uninteresting and Trashy it was. I mean, really? People really enjoy the dirty bathrooms and the awkward atmosphere full of people just standing around. Ew. I won’t be returning. Not exactly sure why I came here in the first place. I certainly didn’t enjoy paying $ 20 to get in. SMH. Hope those cover charges go to something useful like a complete renovation…

I have to give Cream Ultra Lounge a 5-star rating based off customer service alone. We had my wife’s 30th birthday party over the weekend, and were very pleased with the service. The staff was very professional, and assisted us with anything we needed. The reggae/hip-hop blend was cool, and added to the vibe. Our VIP section was live and everybody was able to «turn up» and have a good time… including the birthday girl!

This place used to be good as they’re probably the only place in atlanta you’ll hear raggae, soca, african music and hip hop in one night. However lately, the place has gone down the drain. 1– It used to be free for women before midnight. Now it’s 10 dollars for women before 12 with a text. 2– Unfortunately they let people smoke all sorts of stuff in there — really annoying for the non smokers 3– Couches are ripped, but then to sit on them you have to buy a bottle, FYI they are right in the middle of the dance floor 4– Security holds the line so they could get people in mostly after midnight to make more money 5– The crowd — probably one of the worst I have seen — there used to be a crowd, the last 2 times I have been, including this past weekend, place was pretty empty. When it comes to parking, don’t bother paying anything, there is free parking sligtly further down the area they’re asking you to pay for, it’s a shopping center so there is PLENTY of free parking. If you’re looking for a decent club that plays raggae, some soca, african music and hip hop, I would suggest Thrive — a much better place to have a good night dancing.

I went to this establishment on a Saturday after being eager to attend a reggae-calypso night. You can pay $ 10 to park but I prefer walking a tad bit more which entails a large free parking lot(shopping center). It started raining while we were in line but a few of the security members placed tents for us to stand under. I was under the impression that women were free until 12, instead they charged women and men $ 20 unless you had some text. Have to love when an establishment changes prices whenever. We went inside and although it appeared to be enough seating, that was strictly for VIP patrons. I went to this secluded bar with a bartender named David or Dave. He was the RUDEST bartender I’ve ever come across. He appeared annoyed and very short. He even asked for my id after I asked him, «are you ok?» It was definitely a 21+ night and I had a wrist band that stated«age verified.» He is the SOLE reason as to why I give this establishment a 3. I decided to just walk off and try the main bar. Alexis was a gorgeous and friendly bartender. My drinks were awesome. We even ordered from a waitress, can’t recall her name but she was great as well. Their tips reflected just that. They are the type of women you want working for your establishment. I swear if I found the owner I would’ve informed him about his unprofessional employee(not sure if he would’ve cared but still). The music was great and after I got over my initial encounter with mr rudeness, it turned out to be a great night.

I read about $ 5.00 valet parking on one of the reviews and to clear that out, it’s not true. It’s $ 5.00 for parking on the premise which to me is still affordable. The staff don’t know how much the entrance cost, sometimes $ 10, sometimes $ 20 but you only get to find out once you get to the door. The inside is well laid out to dance, the DJ tonight sucked for a bit. I got to the club at midnight and it wasn’t packed, left 1am and it still wasn’t packed and i’m guessing that’s the reason why people wanted to look good and not dance. Overall experience, i’ve experienced better at Josephine and Queens in terms of African night. I’ll try it again on a Friday night to see if there would be a difference

Long lines with over an hour wait on a Friday night. I get it, but I live near the D.C. area and even we have long wait times in line but the line at least moves decently. Never in my existence or experience of going to nightclubs have I seen the type of business this establishment conducts. People paying extra to get special treatment is one scenario but when it becomes ridiculous to the point where the«VIP» line has literally become a «he or she is with me» it becomes a huge problem. Like really. We left and I will not ever be returning. I’ve seen upscale and I will pay for upscale but this venue wasn’t doing it, especially for the neighborhood and the type of people that were supposedly VIP. Ratchet!!!

It was my first time at Cream and it was an alright experience. I went on a Friday night and the DJ was spinning hip hop and rachet music(they are different people) and was fairly decent. The inside is really nice, though I agree with a lot of my fellow Unilocalers, that bathroom situation is awful. They held the line forever and when I got up to the front I found out there was no coat check… it was 50 degrees outside, why no coat check AND your holding the line?! Would I go back? Eh, if I was invited by friends maybe but not necessarily a place I would choose.

Ok to all my Unilocalers out there who really enjoy food. You will definitely have a great experience at Cream Ultra Lounge. I know what you’re thinking a night club with food? Yes! Tuesday through Thursday every week there are daily specials prepared by Night Life Catering. I had an extremely wonderful meal there with very professional service that can rival any In Town 4 or 5 star restaurant. Try it, you will love it!

I am definetly torn over my overall grade for this place. The outer apperance is a tall, awkward, squared off, freestanding building. The inside is surprisingly lovely. There are a couple of lit up bars, raised level VIP areas, with a nice flow and setup minus the restroom. My hubby and I decided to tear the city up on a Saturday night. This was their«International night»(meaning, multicultural music) We both had to pay 20 $ to enter around 12 It was 50 degrees and they moved the line VERY slowly. I was forced to wear my leather jacket. Once inside, myself and along with some other females waited patiently for coat check person. Guess what? They never arrived, so we were forced to literally rip numbers and check our own jackets into the coat check. I never saw anyone the entire night return to monitor them. How comforting to know that someone could’ve stole my pricey leather jacket at any given time. The DJ was amazing! He played a generous amount of Reggae, African and other international music tracks. He also threw in new hip hop/R&B around them. Everyone was dancing and getting low on the dancefloor! It was a large amount of people, but not cramped. Their were 30 females to 1 male. The place closes at 4AM and we left at 2:30AM so if the DJ sucked later, I’m unaware. My biggest complaint was the freakin restroom! I have to use it often if I drink, so a little cleanliness would’ve been awesome. There were 3 small stalls with tampon paper, tissue paper on floor and trash everywhere. The bathroom attendant was failing at her job. She sat on her barstool by the sink and had emptied out the regular soap dispensers and paper towel holders. I naturally pumped some soap that was sitting on a table and washed my hands. Then she says, «that’s a dollar.» I required her to repeat herself and she confirmed that was the price. I’m sorry I thought soap and paper towels were complimentary! Wooooooooooooooow, WTH? FAIL So bring your own soap or hand sanitizer ladies!

African City Saturday are the best. Every Saturday night is African City Saturday’s at Cream. The DJ plays hip hop, some R&B, soca, reggae, dancehall, African. The music selection attracts an audience from all over the world which makes the dance moves that you see, the languages that you hear, and the accents that you hear quite interesting. There’s valet parking for $ 5, but you can park near anywhere in the shopping center for free. That’s what I always do. Ladies get in free before midnight. After midnight the cover is $ 20. Of course, this is always subject to change.

Went here on sunday night because it was Gay day and I had never been to a gay club before so i was SO excited. The line was LONG so we paid $ 5 each to get in faster. Once we got in, I got my drink and proceeded to «people watch» when I suddenly felt light-headed so we had to leave. So umm yeah we will be going back when I havent been drinking and partying FORDAYS. We felt very welcome(3 girls and our gay) and my drink was yummy even though I couldn’t finish it. Oh and parking was free(i love free things).

Cream is a hot new venue in Atlanta. My friends and I had a great time here, one even said it was the most fun she’d ever had. The DJ was pretty good and the drinks were good also, nothing spectacular. Now, I can’t tell you the prices of the drinks because I didn’t pay for any but they were pretty small so hopefully they aren’t much. The guys were so giving here, I had so many drinks sent to me anonymously. That’s what I’m talking about :). I love the VIP areas that they have, especially the one up the stairs that sits up the highest. The night I went there was free parking, free entry for women and an open bar, both before 12AM. This club showed my girls & me so much love, can’t wait to return! SN: Music genre is Hip Hop & R&B
