Let me preface this by saying that I LOVE the Sky Club and they pretty much can do no harm. That being said, I am so bummed about my experience at the concourse B club. The best part of the club experience is usually the amazing service. Unfortunately, the male bartender(name: Seven, African American, tied up braided hair) was so horribly rude that I was shocked. I asked him if he could make a white Russian and he rudely said, «No». Fine. No problem. That was all I wanted so I said thanks and turned away. As I began walking away, he snidely says(to my back), «at least not complimentary». I’m sorry, do I look like I can’t pay for a drink? There was such a better way to convey this message. To add insult to injury, as I walked away, I can hear him laughing and explaining his crappy response to a customer. What a shameful representation of this lovely club.

Overcrowded today. All seats were taken sand people were standing up all around. The guy sitting next to me said it was«uncivilized» and«like the hunger games.» He was right– you couldn’t get up for even a minute without someone trying to take your seat, even if your stuff was still there!

Front desk experience was not what I’d hope for in a lounge like this. One star from me.

Bathrooms were dirty in fact the whole place was a mess. Food is marginal. Only 2 beer brands are free everything else you pay for. Wireless was not working while I was there.

ATL, in general, is pretty great! The Delta Sky Club is a great stop if you have a long flight delay — which most of us are in ATL for at least a couple hours with connecting flights. Stop in the Sky Club for wifi, drinks and lounging. A clean and quiet environment privy to Sky Club members. Don’t try greasing the palms of the front desk clerk — it doesn’t help! This is a great stop and is surrounded by plenty of eateries — conveniently located in Concourse B(where many of the domestic flights part from).

Great alternative to the crowded gates while waiting for your flight. Love the free drinks and snacks. Only wish there were. healthier snack choices.

As far as Delta Sky Clubs go(not including the newer and fancier E and F concourse locations), make sure you head to the B25 club and NOT the B10 club. You’ll really appreciate me for this tip and you won’t make the mistake of going to B10 ever again. So, along Delta’s «classic» flagship concourse, why is B25 so great? Well, it’s expansive, private, well-staffed, has large well-appointed restrooms, more usable outlets/desks/chairs, and best of all, it is the perfect mix of quiet and ambiently noisy. It affords incredible views for all you AV Geeks from both sides of the club, since it sits one floor above the main B concourse and straddles the roof. The floor-to-ceiling windows here really provide great natural light, and are conducive to a more relaxing and upscale environment. Okay, so why is B25 so superior to B10? Well, if you’re a frequent traveler and a SkyClub user, you visit the club partially to escape the airport cattle call madness, and to treat yourself to some peace and quiet away from the masses. To be short, you won’t get that at B10, but you will get all that and more at B25. On to the food station and bar — both are very well-located at the top of the elevator/staircase, and are designed so that you can freely mosey about getting your snacks without blocking traffic to or from the food/bar area. The bar tenders are nice and the bar area is well staffed and well stocked. It seems as though the food selection here is a bit more fleshed-out than at Delta’s smaller clubs. The restrooms are large and bright and clean. The common areas in the club are well-bussed and there is plenty of room for everyone, their devices/chargers, and personal space. Do yourself a favor a relax here when you find yourself at B concourse!

This is by far my least favorite Sky Club of all. It’s entirely too small for the demand. On my recent visit the staff was friendly but there were dirty glasses and plates and trash all over the place. Really gross. Delta can do better.

Dogged us, we are supposed to have access thru #amex platinum but #Delta denied us entry to their empty club Amazing how they would want to wow first class travelers from another airline. I hear good things about Delta, but they have failed to come close to the great service I get from United

Nice to have a place to take refuge especially in this crazy busy airport. While this is a quaint and small lounge, it doesn’t have enough room for the amount of people visiting. My wife and I were fortunate enough to only wait 5 minutes to find a seat, but others were standing room only. If they went with a self service bar, they could probably get a few more seats in there. The staff was friendly and the food was kept full.

You can pay for an annual membership($ 450 [yikes!!] or, if you have a Platinum Amex you can have up to two guests. I don’t have access, but G. had access and I got a 24 hour pass for $ 29. The cost was well worth it. It’s a quiet oasis in the middle of a hellish ATL airport. Your pass includes access to the bar(beer and mixed drinks are free, but there is a charge for wine [odd]), free salty snacks, cheese, crackers, olives, hors d’oeuvres, soup of the day, and salads. Lots of food options, comfortable chairs, wi-fi, all encased in a sound-proof lounge. Why vie for a seat in the crowded gate area surrounded by loud tv’s, screaming children and annoying adults when you can sit in relative peace and quiet? We both had drinks/snacks and sat here for a couple hours before our flights. When we left, the chaos and noise level of the airport hit us full on. We vowed that the Sky Club – while a definite indulgence – was totally worth it.

Yet another airline benefit taken away. My wife has an American Express Platinum. In the past we both were always allowed to be invited into Delta Lounge. Tonight only my wife was allowed, I had to pay an additional $ 39. Most expensive rent of a closet but then again I paid for it so obviously I am the silly one. I do have to say the service people were incredibly charming. I am a Yankee that loves the southern charm.

Small — Packed but the restrooms are full door lockable so if duty calls there is no stalling.

Friendly service. They’ve recently added another checkin desk to speed process of letting customers in. Food options were a nice variety … They had bacon potato salad today. Friendly bartenders today. I like Riley. She was sweet as she remembered me. My main con for this club is that the space very open and gets and feels crowded. Not my favorite club for private space.

Delta has been updating all their Sky Clubs and this one has been done as well. I love coming here and getting away form the hustle and bustle of the main terminal, have a relaxing FREE cocktail and a snack or 2. There are several different places to sit and either relax, watch TV or get on your laptop. Sometimes I just like to sit at the bar, have a beer, converse with the staff and watch TV.

Pretty basic airport lounge. Climb several flights of stairs after check in to reach the lofty lounge area. Furniture looks like hospital waiting room. 7am Sunday morning and it’s mostly full. Coffee is pretty bad. Bartender is drinking SBC coffee from the concourse. Nothing special going on here, waiting to go home.

This may be the smallest Delta Sky Club in Atlanta, and it may have the longest lines to get in the door, but with the volume of flights in & out of the B gates, there will always be a seat open. Maybe best of all is that the bathrooms in this Sky Club are private rooms, so if you want a moment of peace before or after your flight, you’ll find it here. As to the lounge staff though, I had my nicest experience in Atlanta here. Connecting through on a recent flight, I managed to snag a finger on a loose loop of thread in the sleeve of my sportcoat, and I was desperate to get untangled with the use of a pair of scissors or something in this Sky Club. Christina at the front desk did me one better. Asking me to extend my arm over the counter, she quickly grabbed the looped thread and deftly made a series of smart knots and then cut off the remaining loose thread. Amazing and unexpected customer service to get this traveler out of a messy situation. This will be a regular stop for me as long as I’m flying through B Concourse in the future.

Sky Closet is a perfect description of this club. I’m debating if this club is a better option than finding a seat on the always crowded concourse, definitely not better than any of the seating at any of the crowded bars. I opted in to try and get a little work done between flights, that’s not possible this is one notch above a cattle pen on sale day at a cattle auction. I think this club only exist to give the frequent Delta elites a place to pee.

The sky club by gate B10 is one of my least favorite delta sky clubs. It’s a very vey small club that always has too many people that about 10 – 15 people are standing awkwardly around the club hunting for people with seats that are going to leave. The layout is also not ideal with no good walking paths, so you’re expected to roll over lots of feet with your luggage. The bathrooms are always dirty and in terrible shape. This club is certainly not worth the $ 695 I pay a year for lounge access.

This one is small and always full. During heavy travel times, I cannot find a single open seat. Even forgoing the seat for a shot at the better-than-concourse washrooms often results in a 5+ deep line. The Delta people who work here are great — friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s not their fault this Sky Club is too small for the membership they sold. If you have time, the Sky Club at the middle of Concourse E is great and much larger. The one on the middle of A is also great(upstairs near PF Chang’s). But this one? Skip it.
