SO NOT READY TO PLAY TODAY!
I was super disappointed with Dillard’s today. First of all they did not open until 10:00 which should be illegal during Black Friday weekend. Then, they had a poor selection of shoes in the shoe department. I decide to go up to the women’s department and NOTHING! They were poorly stocked and the sales were lackluster. They only had items that were previously placed on clearance but no special deals to mark the day.
So sad! This was truly a wasted trip and I have never been more disappointed in Dillards!

I purchased a black formal dress from the BCBG section for a wedding. I did not end up wearing the dress, because I liked one I purchased from Macy’s better. When I went to return the dress I NEVER wore, I was accused of wearing it and trying to return it. The sales associate told me they didn’t accept returns with stains. The so called ‘stains’ were from deodorant! There were no stains. What black clothing doesn’t get a little deodorant on it when you try it on?! The sales associate continued to tell me that they wouldn’t have sold the dress in that condition. REALLY?! Welp, I’m 1000% sure you did sell it to me in that condition. A manager came over and told me they would refund me for a one time courtesy. WOW, Dillard’s. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Y’all lost what was once a VERY loyal customer.
FYI — This happened on 9÷8÷15 around 1:00 PM.

Wow what an amazing expirence, I love to shop and My Mother was visiting from Philadelphia. We don’t have a Dillard’s in Philly so it was her first time. Excellent customer service, a very nice manager checked us out and she even gave my Mom a special gift from Dillard’s because it was her birthday. Lots of sales and savings also. I will be back soon.

I usually love coming here because they’re very helpful in helping find shoes in my size (11), however today sucked! I don’t mind that there were only men to help, i thought the shoe shopping experience would be better because of that one simple fact but Tony made my experience suck.

It gets three stars because it’s Dillard’s. I do want to say that my shopping experience on Saturday was great. My fiancé and I walked in when the store opened to look for clothing for our upcoming wedding. In the men’s department, two very helpful associates assisted us in finding the right clothing. I was happy with the ease of finding what we were looking for. I would visit this location again.

Unfortunately I will never go here again. Two years ago I stopped to buy a dress shirt. The sales person said customers aren’t allowed to open the packaged shirts to try on. I wrote a letter and received a note back apologized. Six months ago I stopped by to purchase another dress shirt but didn’t have time to try it on. It was Ralph Lauren with an «Estate Collection» tag. I didn’t have time to try it on so I asked the sales lady if that meant it was a normal cut. She ensured me it was… it wasn’t. Tried to take it back but since it was on clearance it was fine sale.
No other dept store of this size has this ridiculous return policy. I wrote a letter to corporate but heard nothing back. You lost me and my spouse. Crappy store, lousy sales team, terrible policies.

I have to admit I never shopped at a Dillards until my best friend started working there, and I was pleasantly surprised at the great selection. Dillards is like an upscale Macy’s in my opinion you will find great name brand apparel but the décor and atmosphere is much better at Dillards. Gone are the women with the coupons they received in the mail, or the teenagers junking up the jr. section. I found the most amazing Made of Honor dress for an amazing price at Dillards. I have been hooked ever since; they have great sales as well as a great selection of products.

Just tried to return a rug that i bought at perimeter Dillards and the sales person advised the manager to come out and explain to me why they couldn’t return the rug. She said it was because they didn’t sell that merchandise. It is an Ugg sheep skin rug and they had an ugg blanket on one of the bed displays. The sales person already told me he sold the same rug but in another color. The manager said she couldn’t take it back because i got it from another dillards and would have to go there to do the return. Her name was Karen Something. Sad that their customer service has gone down this much. Never heard of this before and their return policy doesn’t say this is the case. Will never shop there again. Sad.

Hi Dillards Atlantic Station, I was at your store today, walking around in both the shoe and mens clothing department. Not one person offer me help or assistance. I then went to Jos A. Bank next to 191 Tower. I spent my 1600.00 on two suits, shirts, ties, and a nice coat. Your lost the money could have been yours.

It amazes me that two sales associate had the audacity to say to me that they didn’t see me. How can you miss me? The store wasn’t crowded nor were there an abundance of 6ft women standing around. I had only been shopping in the same section for at least 14 minutes. It’s funny I saw both of them and heard him yapping about nonsense, instead of asking me if I needed assistance. Ignorance truly annoys me. #unhappyshopper #macys

This is a very nice store with quality merchandise. You can get a great deal on clothes during sales and clearance sales. The clothes are all top quality. Service has been good every time I have visited.

I was in the Atlantic Station store today shopping for lingerie. Erica and Kasita went above and beyond to help me find the right fit and size. They were patient, knowledgeable, and SO helpful!
Thanks ladies for your excellent service and for being engaged with customers. You don’t’ find this level of service every day.

Went there yesterday not expecting to find anything, since I’m usually a 28 waist. After about 20 minutes of fruitless searching, Jason Mann (in sales) decided to assist me. He’s got a great knowledge of the clothes, to the point where he even pulled a couple 30’s that (almost) fit, and ended up getting me a 29 that was perfect! (along with a few shirts, which I didn’t expect to find either.
Oh, also yay for the sale going on right now. I didn’t intend to buy that day, but the sale put things into my price range.

Some associates here are more friendly than others (jewelry & handbags). Could it be that I was dressed super business-sy Tuesday? Lol. The store was fairly large with its 3 levels. The merchandise was clean and well organized. Associates and store managers were walking all around the store putting merchandise up or keeping the store maintained.
There is street parking that’s right outside of the store, but pay the meter! :) And as I was informed, Dillard’s is one of the few locations that has a bathroom. Just a random tid bit. Lol.

The store manager Divid Spivey is horrible. After spending a large amount of money in the store he would not unlock the doors so we could leave.
As long as he is allowed to give horrible customer service I won’t be back. I advise others to steer clear of this store and spend your money at other stores that actually deserve your money.

I went to this location 2 times to look for shoes. Thanks to the salesmen there, I’ve hated both times. Incredibly unhelpful, detached, and/or snooty all rolled into one. Dude, why are you working in the women’s shoe section? Perhaps I didn’t seem as wealthy as other patrons? I gave it a second go thinking it was a fluke. But when the floor was practically empty and there wasn’t any sense of cordiality, I summed it up to poor service. I purposely left this place so my money wouldn’t be spent there.

Who doesn’t like Dillard’s? In the age of dinosaurs, when I was a child, the nicest department store I knew of was Dillard’s. It was our special occasion place. Needed nice clothes? Dillard’s. Mom’s birthday and need to buy a Royal Doulton figurine? Dillard’s. So i get a little nostalgic going into a Dillard’s these days, and I can still buy something for everyone I know. Not only will I find something for everyone, but Ill find it pretty quickly with the super helpful staff (except the MAC counter, they have never said anything to me any time Ive been by their area).

This review is for the mens custom suit department.
Based on reviews of other stores in the area we tried Dillards. Other needed a suit and figured it would be a nice place to start. He wanted something properly fitted, not too trendy and not too grandfather. Jeffery was the gentleman who helped us out. I will say this, Dillards has a VERY large selection of suits in the $ 1200 range but our budget had us looking in the $ 400 – 500 range. Jeff gave us a couple options in our price range. After picking the suit he then offered shirt and tie options.
My other looks great! I have never seen in a suit in the two years we have been together.

I have been a fan of this Dillard’s since the day they opened their doors. Not only is it HUGE… the staff is very friendly and the location (at Atlantic Station) is great. There’s a good amount of street parking (they are metered… so don’t forget your quarters at home) and there are stairs from the garage right across the street.
Highlights…
* Shoe section (first floor). Their sale selection is fantastic.
* Men’s suits (third floor). Great variety and the staff knows their suits. I went with my boyfriend to find a suit for a wedding he was in and we were very happy with what we found. Great service and price.
* Formal dresses (second floor). I promise you’ll find something you absolutely love in this department at the right price… I’ll even bet you on it.
Overall…probably my favorite department store in Atlanta, but without the department feel.

You ever go shopping and enter a store and think to yourself… I should have come here first?
I found white easter shoes, with a white heel, and they didnt cost me a stack… ebonics lesson for the day… stack = hundred… ie 5 stacks is $ 500. Get it? Maybe that isnt ebonics… maybe it should be called hip hop defination of the day. HAHA
Anyways…they had a whole round table of at least 9 styles of white shoes with a white heel. Of couse the had more styles of the white with wood heel and white with cork or white with twine wedgeies… but White on White Jessica Simpson shoes with a white heel… and they were on sale for $ 59.
Thanks to the Atlantic Station Dillards for once again being on point with my fashion taste.
Helpful shoe staff, and one guy even professionally stretched my right shoe for me, so it felt just as good as the left one did… and I didnt have to buy a larger size and stick tissue in the toe. HAHA
