Doogallery

Nice raw space. Very underground.

Doogallery is a relatively underground art gallery where artists can rent the space for their own shows, or the people who run Doogallery host their own art shows and events. The scene is always interesting because there are all walks of indie life who frequent the place to see new art, drink, and hear great music.
They call their events «art parties” — they don’t want stuffy, silent art shows going on here, they want to make art fun and a social event as well. I would check out their website for upcoming shows and see what you’re interested in!
Also, for you Anglophiles, the last Saturday of every month you can head out to Doogallery to hear some great bands play, followed by the Southen Soul Sound System DJ’s who spin the best in soul, britpop, ska, rocksteady, garage, motown, etc. You won’t regret going to hear DJ’s Boss Jonezy & The Gran Lusso mix up some stuff you won’t hear anywhere else!
