The French Vanilla coffee is sooooo yummy! Super convenient location and pretty fast service.

I don’t frequent Dunkin Doughnuts often, but when I do, it’s for a good breakfast sandwich, seasonal coffee and blueberry doughnut holes. I can say that the food I’ve purchased at this location has been good, but the overall disorganization is astonishing. My most recent visit I wanted a quick drive thru breakfast grab. As I waited in the drive thru line, I couldn’t read the board because the way the drive thru is made. You can’t see it even if you’re just one car behind. Usually drive thru’s will have a sign so others can make their decision before they reach the order speaker box and this does not hold up the line. But, there isn’t one here. That being said, I decided that I was going to order a flavored iced coffee I saw on a poster board of their dumpster and quickly chose a breakfast sandwich when it was time to order. First, the coffee I ordered wasn’t available anymore because the posters pinned up on the dumpster were old and needed to be taken down. Secondly, I ordered two numbered meals that both came with hash browns and when the lady repeated the order to me, she had it all right. But to my dismay, I discovered that they did not give me my hashbrowns and they only charged me for the sandwiches… My husband went inside for a good 15 minutes to purchase the missing items separately and said that just about everyone in there had their orders messed up. Thirdly,(I’m assuming) that the manager is cheap because in February, over a month since Christmas ended, I received a Christmas themed cup… I mean Christmas in February rocks, but it just comes across as cheap and disorganized. Wooooo for disorganized Dunkin Donuts!

Service is always on point, the lack of a 5th star is due to the notable lack of chocolate with sprinkles donuts. They’re always out, especially on Sundays.

Kind of disappointed with this location! I hope they have fixed the issue. Every time I purchased coffee from here it tastes sour. I’ve visited locations in Alabama & Marietta, this is the only location that has the sour coffee issue! The donuts are great, but the coffee issue needs a fixing!

I’m a huge fan of DD’s coffee. Their donuts are okay and their breakfast sandwiches make me want to puke. That bad. However, I love, love, love the coffee. This location on Howell Mill is fairly new. I have sat in their dining area and enjoyed the free Wi-Fi while sipping on coffee and enjoying a bagel, which are okay. My favorite of their bagels is the sesame seed and the everything. It’s never crowed when I go and I love that. Also, they know how to make my coffee how I like it and I don’t have to tweek with more cream or sugar. They also have very good frozen coffee drinks. I gave four stars because I love their coffee that much. Plus, the workers are always friendly. Trying to make a left turn out of here is a burning pain in the arse. Good luck with that. I’m good with Dunkin.

While service at most Dunkin Donuts locations in Atlanta is poor on average, this one is slightly above average.(Although it has been getting steadily worse over the months since it opens) One thing they brag about is their fast WiFi. It is decently fast, but this location is extremely inconvenient if you need to do any laptop work. This is mainly because the wifi network will disappear so you will lose any online work if you haven’t saved it somewhere on your computer. Also there are two useful outlets in the entire place. For some reason they have lined the tops of the walls with multiple outlets but the managers tell you they are not allowed for use. When I asked«what are they for?», I received a fairly rude«I don’t know, I didn’t put em there».

My experiences with DD have been very hit or miss throughout life. This one, on Howell Mill is clean and the folks are real. They are also not above admitting they are human and may make mistakes. They forgot to make my sandwich, they were out of bagels, and were out of chocolate iced doughnuts on Good Friday. They made my tuna melt on croissant, which was absolutely delicious, probably because I was so hungry. They extended the olive branch and offered me a free doughnut from what was available. That was cool.

This is one of Atlanta’s newest Dunkin’ Donuts locations and a welcome addition to the neighborhood. It opened December 2012 on the busy stretch of Howell Mill Rd. near I-75. It took over the space where KFC used to be. I’m pretty sure they bulldozed the old KFC and built this Dunkin’ Donuts from the ground up because it looks new, shiny, and awesome. This is a full-fledged Dunkin’ Donuts store. It has: — Indoor and outdoor seating — Free, fast Wi-Fi — Full menu including sandwiches — Drive-thru While I’m loyal to Krispy Kreme doughnuts(born and raised outside of Winston-Salem, NC — birthplace of KK), Dunkin’ Donuts has been a regular mainstay in my adult life because our office uses Dunkin’ Donuts coffee in our coffeemakers and coworkers will often buy boxes of Munchkins and leave them in the breakroom for us to snack on. Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is delicious. You can get the coffee hot or iced. It starts at $ 1.49 for a small and goes up to $ 2.19 for an XL. While I prefer Krispy Kreme doughnuts, I think Dunkin’ Donuts doughnuts are good too. They’re different. They’re more dense and«bready» than a Krispy Kreme doughnut. A Krispy Kreme doughnut, especially when fresh, is soft, lighter, and has melt-in-your-mouth-like properties. I also heard recently, though I haven’t gone through the effort to verify, that Dunkin’ Donuts doughnuts are frozen and not made fresh in-store. This doesn’t surprise me because I’ve never seen a doughnut-making«machine» in their stores like the ones seen at many Krispy Kremes. Dunkin’ Doughnuts doughnuts are located behind the counter. At this location, they offer about 24 different varieties of doughnuts and 6 varieties of Munchkins or doughnut«holes.» Donuts are $ 0.99 each, $ 4.99 for a half dozen, and $ 7.99 for a dozen. My favorite doughnuts include the French Cruller and Rainbow Sprinkles. I’m also a fan of the Munchkins, Glazed variety. Munchkins are available in 25($ 5.59) and 50-count($ 7.99) boxes. Apart from the typical doughnuts and coffee, you can get foods such as sandwiches, muffins, bagels, and hash browns here. Most of the sandwiches are of the breakfast variety(e.g. sausage, egg, and cheese). There’s also a Texas Toast Grilled Cheese sandwich. I like the interior of the store. Four crisp, clear, and easy-to-read flatscreen displays are used for the menu. Some of the tables are decorated to look like doughnuts. Overall, I really like this new Dunkin’ Donuts location. It’s clean, inviting, and the staff is helpful and nice.

So after about a month of working out the kinks, this location has really gotten it down in the drive-thru department! Very long line in the drive-thru, but did not wait more than 3 minutes from drive in to drive out-and my order was correct. Bravo DD!
