Save your money WALK Drive Swim somewhere else. Rude employees. Old coffee that’s over brewed. Higher prices then other locations. Will never under any circumstances return.

My coffee taste horrible and it had white stuff flown around so I asked for another coffee. She poured out some of it then refilled with new coffee then looked @ the white stuff and gave it to me. Really?! I will never go back

This spot is more of a 3.5 stars, but erring up because why not. Went in on my way to MARTA at 7:30 this morning and was in and out in minutes. Barely any line, and the workers behind the counter were sure to get a jump on anything time-consuming by asking me if I wanted a drink or coffee when I came in(nope, just donuts). Small but clean location with seating in a general food court outside. Not visible from street, but if you get off at North Avenue station and leave via the 3rd street entrance/exit you’ll see the food court. Main gripe — not open on the weekends. My precious weekend donuts! Why do you deny me them?

This location is hit or miss. Their biggest challenge? Management and staff. The line can wrap out of the door around 9AM and they haven’t figured out the most efficient way of managing the flow of customers. I can’t tell you how many times I have received the wrong order(I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to make a large coffee, black, but whatever.). They screw up so much my coworkers have refused to go back and they haven’t been back in almost a year. That stinks. Do better, guys.

For many years this place had the most awesome crew, efficiently handling long lines in the morning. But over the past year the wait times have gotten longer and the crew less efficient the line seems to move half as fast as it used to. A 10+ minute wait, and just one register, is just too long.

The service I experienced here was awful. I’ve been twice. The first time was ok, but the second was enough to null visit #1. The server didn’t understand my order, then charged me for the wrong items and could hardly get it right. A routine order took 15 mins.

the iced coffee is amazing. its the best… the dump a disgusting amount of cream and sugar in and its absolutely perfect. ahhhh…

Never thought I’d give 5 Stars for a national chain, but this place deserves it. Best. Service. Ever. You can go 3 months without going in there, and they’ll still remember your ‘usual’.
