I ordered a birthday arraignment as a surprise for a special friend online. Everything went through smoothly. Even received a call a day prior to my order date to let me know when the order would be delivered and asked if i had any specific request. Only problem once she received the flowers It was the wrong arraignment. I called the florist And explained the mix up. The operator told me the florist was closed and i would receive a call the next morning at 9. Next morning the call came at 8:50. They took full responsibility for the mistake and delivered the correct arraignment. So the mistake actually became a blessing because she now has 2 beautiful bouquets of flowers in vases for her birthday:-) I’ll definitely will continue to use EASTATLANTAFLORIST for any occasions

I had someone sending me flowers for Valentine’s Day. The people at this shop were very rude and they could not give a specific time when they would be here to deliver my flowers. After waiting on them for several hours, I ended up having to leave for an event. The delivery person called me to tell me that she was outside. I called her back within 2 minutes… several times. She did not answer. She left the flowers with neighbors I did not know. And then she had the nerves to be rude when I called her several days later telling her that the flowers sucked and that my sender was counseling the order. When I called her I couldn’t get a word in because she was so busy talking. I was about to go in on her but knowing that my sender was refunded his money was her saving grace. I would not recommend anyone using this place. They have HORRIBLE customer service and feel like you’re the reason for their bad service.

I order flowers for my wife on their website on 4÷2÷14 to be delivered on 4÷4÷14 for my wife’s birthday. On 4⁄4 I placed several calls to their customer service line — they are completely useless. Friendly, but have no ability to track orders, change orders, find orders, etc… Long story short, they never attempted to deliverer the flowers. On the evening of 4⁄4 I received a single call back from Vivian — who I believe is suppose to be the owner of the florist. She was completely discombobulated and had no clue what I was even saying. She couldn’t find the order… hell by the end of the call I wasn’t convinced she even knew what a florist was. On 4/5, I called Vivian back and she indicated there was a mix-up and she was able to find my order by it never left the shop for one reason or another and she would issue me a refund on Monday. She was very curt and didn’t offer anything to appease my now pissed off wife. Come Monday, no refund. Tuesday, I called Vivian again who indicated she forgot to issue the refund until Tuesday morning… but had now processed it and it should show up by noon. Wednesday, I called Vivian, and she again confirmed she issued the refund. I called my bank and they were unable to find any credits or pending transactions on my account. Thursday, still no pending credits or refunds… I’ve called Vivian 5 times and she hasn’t picked up over the course of 3 hours. No Voice-mail is setup for her phone number. I’ve called the number listed on the website 100 times and there are no supervisors, no contacts, no one capable of doing anything. I’m now sitting on hold with Teleflora who is trying to reach Vivian on my behalf… so far I have no flowers and no refunds.

Ordered flowers. They did not deliver. They did not attempt to contact me, or attempt another delivery. When I called them, the first time, they hung up on me. Then, when I called back, they were rude and refused to cancel the order. They claimed that no one was home, but I was home the entire day. If they attempted to deliver in the middle of the night(after 23:00EST), of course, we’re not going to answer because we’re asleep and that delivery time is unacceptable, but I do not know what time they«attempted» delivery. They told me to cancel it on their website. There’s no method to cancel on their website. They told me to call the«800» number on their website. There are no toll-free numbers to call. The only number to call is their local number. They’re a part of the Teleflora network, so I had to visit their website to find a number to call. Unfortunately, Teleflora could not track down the order and could do nothing to cancel it, despite the fact I can see the charge pending on my card. I am waiting for it to post so I can dispute the charge with the bank. I will not be using this florist again, and cannot recommend them to anyone.
