great selection of hardware — great advisors — even if they don’t have the product you are looking for, they will point you in the right direction — they called another plumbing supply store for me to find out if they have what I need!

I have to admit my experience was not so comparable with what other people have reported here yes I found the staff to be very knowledgeable I think they’re quite competent however the service or level of service that I got was really not very friendly. I simply went back to have some pain that I bought two weeks ago pretended to a darker color and the first response I got was they couldn’t do anything to help which I thought was absolutely ridiculous because I can go to any old Home Depot and get the same thing done with their paint. I don’t know if that’s a race issue or what but they were simply not very friendly to me at all. I can’t say never got the feeling in the two visits I’ve had here that people were really trying to help me. I will never come back to this particular store again I’d rather go to Home Depot or Lowe’s or any other Ace Hardware.

Its not a massive store, but generally has about everything you will need to handle small to medium projects. The service is great, and always with a smile.
The Callahan’s are great supporters of the community. This is exactly what a hometown hardware store should be in every way.

A small local hardware store — and all that entails. This store is exactly what you would expect it to be. What it lacks in product it makes up for in service. Always someone there to help guide you if you need it.
Prices are not bad, mostly on par with major box stores. The owners try to get involved in the community, while still a marketing ploy, shows some dedication to furthering the improvement of East Point.

All the basic hardware that you need in a nice, easy to find location.
The friendly and knowledgeable staff was able to help me find the nuts and bolts hardware and outdoor items that I needed in a jiffy.
Not the huge selection of a Lowes or Home Depot, but a true, old-​time hardware store that can do a good job servicing your needs.

This is the Hardware Store that I go to, they have everything I have ever needed plus the staff is great!

Wonderful staff that greet you and ask you if they can help. No attitude and family owned! Small town at it’s finest!

Your friendly neighborhood hardware store! The place has everything… and the employees are very helpful. I know I will be going back again and again for various things… it’s a heck of a lot closer than going to Lowe’s!
