My first acupuncture experience and to be honest I was a bit nervous. I didn’t really know how to trust this stranger sticking needles in my body. However, Alison made me feel very comfortable and was great about answering all the questions I had. She explained the steps involved and was great about listening to my symptoms/​concerns. She also performed some cupping on legs. I apparently have super weird IT bands. Who knew? Overall it was a great experience. Will be returning again and again.
