I live out of state and have rental property in East Atlanta Village. My tenant called on a Saturday morning to report leak from ceiling in the living room. Neil Stacks made time to survey the problem on a Saturday afternoon and submitted competitive pricing within 24hrs. EAV Roofing & Repair completed 100% of the work within 72hrs of receiving Notice to Proceed. These guys did a great job and minimized the inconvenience for my tenants. I’m very pleased with the service I received and would gladly recommend for others to consider.

Neil came today to repair my roof and did a wonderful job. He took down the chimney below the roof line, added boards to the roof and shingles. (work necessitated by cutting corners during the flip and missed during the inspection). After getting multiple estimates and options, Neil’s quote came in substantially lower than the others. He arrived on time and finished the work promptly with quality materials. I have no doubt that the repair will last. If you have roofing repairs, I suggest that you get an estimate from him.
