I am a loyal Edible Arrangements customer. I order several times a year from locations all over the country. I had never had a bad experience until dealing with this location. I sent a bouquet(over $ 100) as a thank you. I never heard that they received anything, so I followed up a couple weeks after. They informed me that it did arrive, but the fruit was spoiled. They did not want to embarrass us, so did not tell us. I contacted the store and was told there was nothing they could do because I didn’t call right away. I explained that I just found out, so I was calling for a remedy. I asked for a call back from a manager and was informed that I was speaking with the manager’s assistant and she could tell me nothing could be done. I asked for a call back from the manager, regardless, but heard nothing. It appears that there are several other locations in the Atlanta area. Spend your money with them — not this location.

This company is the epitome of customer service and the reason why I advocate patronizing local stores in my community. In all honesty, I was dissatisfied with the initial delivery that I received from this store, and wrote them to express my concerns. In a matter of minutes, they were«literally» at my door step with a brand new fresh delivery… no questions asked. Additionally, I did not have to return the previous product I was dissatisfied with. I have to reiterate that their customer service is awesome; and in today’s franchise, no service oriented economy– it’s really special when, as a customer, you feel like a PERSON and not a number for the bottom line. **A company that truly stands behind their product is committed to customer service, and they are!** Ask for Monica… she’ll hook you up!
