I wanted to update my review of Elimilice based on the exemplary response from the owner Elaine.
After reading my review and learning about my being overcharged and subsequently over tipping, Elaine reached out to me via phone and e-​mail and made arrangements to return the excess tip.
As I said previously, the service offered cannot be beat if you’re dealing with creepy-​crawlies on your kid’s head! And now, knowing how much the owner cares about making her clients happy, I felt I had to update my review to reflect that!
