I have been working with Embroid Me for years. I have never had any problems. I make sure that what I want is written down on my work order and I always check it before leaving my item. Peter is good at what he does and if I’m in a rush will usually accommodate me if he can.

Wow, where to begin. I have been shopping around to have a couple of jackets embroidered with my company’s logo on the back. I had my business manager contact Embroidme to get a quote, while listening to her end of the conversation with Peter(the owner) she specifically stated that we would need the logo on the back of the jacket. She was quoted a very reasonable price, we decided to go for it. I had my manager go to pick them up today, she called me immediately with the news that the logo was on the front of the jackets and tiny. We already had custom patches made for the front of the jackets where they had placed the logo and our patches would not cover the whole area where the embroidery now is. After returning she had relayed to me that Peter(the owner) had just called her and that I should give him a call back. When I spoke with Peter he had stated that Embroidme was never told that the logo was to go on the back of the jackets, he would happily drop the $ 150 «digitizing» fee and embroider the logo for us for $ 65 per jacket. This was not acceptable as the jackets were useless for our purposes with the embroidery already on the front. Peter very curtly said he would not replace the jackets that they ruined. I immediately went out to their location only to find Peter nowhere in sight. To their credit they do seem to have one employee that cares about customer service, Wes. He was familiar with the situation and he voided the embroidery charges, letting walk out with them only paying $ 50 for the«digitizing». Grand total I am out $ 165 for the jackets and«digitizing» fee. Unfortunately I will not be able to use the jackets that Wes let me take, I am going to have to go through another company with new jackets. Lesson learned, do not go to Embroidme in Smyrna.
