Atmosphere: Mobs of hangry undergraduates fill the food pit around noon. During the summer the undergrads are replaced with demonic middle schoolers on summer camp. You have been warned. There are a couple booths and plenty of tabled seating during non-horde times. Food options: Lots of variety. The Chick fil A and Pizza hut are no longer with us, RIP2013. In their stead is the«Twisted Taco»(Mexican) and«Char D House Grill»(burgers). There’s also a little pizza thing(«Beltline Pizza)» which I have never tried. There is also a build a sandwich line, a smoothie shop, another overpriced coffee shop… the list goes on. The food is O.K. just overpriced, which is why I don’t come here unless I forget my lunch at home. Price: expensive, Emory style. If you get a normal sized meal at lunch and drink you will spend more than $ 10. My last meal: rice bowl + 2 sides + drink=~$ 12 Service: None. The cashiers always seem angry. Maybe their chairs are uncomfortable. Website: There is a daily menu posted online( ) which is pretty cool. If you want to plan and make an informed decision on what you ingest you can… but I don’t think anybody at Cox does though.

The food court at Cox Hall is usually pretty packed so maybe try to avoid going there at 12pm sharp. They have a Chick fil A, a sushi place, a salad bar, a Salsa Rica, Pizza Hut and café campesino with fair trade coffee. In general a good place to have lunch at with reasonable prices.
