Wanted to rent a car other day, but they told me they can’t accept out of state DL. I’ll assume they were lazy to do all the paperwork 20 minutes before closing time. IMHO «Not accepting out of GA driver licences» is just the worst excuse. It’s silly.
I just drove couple miles south to Piedmont Rd location (at this point it was 5:50PM) and rented a car in a minutes.
Next time they should use «our system is down» excuse, it would be more believable. Or they could just do their job.

The staff at this location were so friendly, and everything about the process was smooth. I selected economy but was surprised when I was rented a brand new Chrysler 200. The car selection definitely exceeded my expectations. I also had a very pleasant experience with phone customer service for enterprise when I decided to amend my rental agreement and remove the enterprise insurance coverage as I found out I was covered another way. They allowed me to go to a different enterprise location on Christmas Eve and simple amend it. I highly recommend this location and all enterprise locations in Atlanta!

Great experience renting from this location. I was lucky and got upgraded to a midsize car this time which was a joy to drive. I have rented from this location probably 30 times and have always enjoyed the vehicles that they have provided.

The customer service at this location was great. They came and picked me up, opened the door for me, helped me with my stuff. When I returned the car they were able to drop me back off. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
