horrible hotel from first glance not in a good area of town front desk personnel all but friendly and helpful. it smells in there and they have roaches! they wouldn’t even give me a refund

This is the most horrible place I’ve ever stayed at.
The initial room we were given had a backed up toilet full of SH#T!
I went to call the front desk, however the phone didn’t work. We were given another
room, which left one of my children sitting on the toilet for 25 min.
Waiting for toilet paper. BTW, had to use my cell to call
The front desk. That phone was broken too. No bulbs in the lamps and
My son found an empty bottle of wine under the bed. You left a coffee pot in the room, yet no coffee and no cups. And WTH are the outlets? I can’t even charge my phone, yet «make coffee»!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

First off we booked our room a month in advance on
and they did not have the double beds we requested. When we asked them to correct this we were redirected to a similar room on a different floor. The webpage reflected a nicer looking hotel. When we arrived what we saw on the web was far from what the reality was. The place was a dump, the building was poorly maintained there was no central air in the place. Soiled carpets. Busted ac unit in the common area. The elevator was also trashed and one of their guests was smoking and cursing in the elevator. There were a couple of girls dressed like prostitutes with all their junk hanging out and cursing. Not the family friendly place i imagined it would be. I was severely disappointed.
Management did give me a full refund which was good. But honestly you couldn’t pay me to stay there. Save yourself some time and frustration and rent elsewhere.
