I’ve only used the self service portion of the store so I can’t comment on anything else. If you need to fax, scan, ship, or print this place is for you. It had saved me in many different situations.

Self-​service met my needs. I will come to fedex kinkos stores from now on for my printing needs. With cloud based access to my files, easy credit and self print receipts at point if purchase along with well kept, intuitive equipment, I was on my way in no time. I did not interact with the store representatives, but I was very pleased with this visit.

This place is slow. Two people working to ring someone up and both of then are helping one person leaving an ever extending line to grow without the appearance of an end. The people working today seem not to care about customer service or moving more than a snails pace. It is the holiday season, so you would expect more people here to help or their focus to be on getting people out a quickly as possible. Instead, they are taking about 30 minutes per person even if that person has everything packaged, labeled, and ready to go.

I needed some last minute business cards printed for a business networking event and folks here were extremely patient with me and helpful.
I was in and out in about 30 minutes and got everything I needed taken care of while I was in a last minute crunch to get new business cards printed. I’m very happy with the ease and flexibility this location had when I was in a bind and needed assistance ASAP. I’ll definitely return to visit these folks if I ever need anything printed or modified.

The guys at this FedEx totally stepped up and helped me trim down my wedding programs while I waited. First, I had gone to the Decatur/​Emory location, and they were saying they couldn’t do the cuts until the next day at noon, so I took it to this location. I put on the frazzled bride act (really not an act) and they trimmed them right then and there. They accidentally trimmed the top of them a little close, so they printed out more for me and then gave me the whole job free. Sweeeet! I’ll probably use them again for their good customer service.
