I’ve had it with your abuse. I’m leaving.
It started well – you have Sunday hours and you’re near my home. Your branch employees were very nice to me and my wife.
Then, when I was called out of town to mourn a young man who died on his 19^th birthday, you let countless transactions through and charged me a hefty fee for each. I explained the circumstances and requested they be waived, and you told me you would talk to your manager and call me back. You never called me back.
And now I find out that you told me my available balance was well over $ 1,000 (since my paycheck had been direct-​deposited) and proceeded to charge me over a hundred dollars in overdraft fees for small transactions that cleared that very same day. This is unreasonable, this is unconscionable, and this is unacceptable.
You’ve hurt me for the last time. Goodbye.
